I've been going to Cha Chas for about a year and scheduling appointments has been a consistent…read morestruggle especially since they are only open every other Saturday and no Sundays. My work schedule is four random days of the week that I receive in six week cycles, the schedule is usually posted about two weeks or less prior to the new schedule starting. Their solution is to tell you to book ahead so that it will be easier to reschedule you but often they actually still have no openings so then they try to bounce you around to stylists consistently, never once been offered a phone call if someone cancels or anything like that. Their services are pretty expensive and the last two times I have hated how my hair looked leaving including the time I asked for a face framing trim and left with little strands chopped to about two inches like a bang that I now have to grow out. Also while processing no one ever checks on me I just sit there twiddling my thumbs hoping it's processing appropriately while my stylist hides in the back. When I called to cancel stating I wouldn't be back they weren't even curious as to why so here we are. I wish them luck but the customer service needs a serious glow up

So I called ahead and made an appointment and discuss pricing and was told a certain price they have different levels of stylist and they all work together is one big family unit" With the more experienced stylist stepping in and helping the less experienced stylist teaching them along the way and also giving them their own space and freedom to add their opinions and ideas in the whole process of what they think would look good or should do in the process of helping The client achieve their expectations!!! This structured pyramid method, as I am calling It ; Has to be one of the most ingenious things I've ever seen and kudos to the people who came up with this BRILLIANT IDEA !!! Go back to the pricing With this brilliant plan that My bad experience with the box I was going to make a drastic change but first they have to correct my color which was probably not expected into the price when I was given the quote; Long story short the best haircut I've ever had at the price I was quoted and the cutt was AWESOME‼‼ I LOVED LOVED LOVED MY STYLIST, KATANA, she did an excellent job in all aspects of my experience and very, very Comforting to me when I was upset but I'm going to tag you in the end I felt like I had been rolled out the red carpet from the time you hit the door I don't know if I was Allison Wonderland or Charlie in the chocolate factory Either way I was treated like royalty they basically give you a head to toe work over from massaging you and loosening you up for your stylist to perform her work of art to massaging your hands and testing colors beauty products that Aveda offers plus their hair products ,That I have never used before I love them I know this is a long long review but there were so many good things to say I could not find a bad thing to say even though when I started the process with them I didn't think it was going to turn out well at all but you know what I found a great place to help me look and feel great about myself ‼‼‼ Thank you simply blue you are stupendous!!

I'm very picky about my hair color and she was able to duplicate exactly what I wanted by pictures and looking at skin tone and eye color. Not only did I get a head and neck massage before highlights were applied, but during the salon washing process I got an amazing head and shoulder rub and hand massage with essential oils. I was also sitting on a massage chair with my eyes covered and a warm pillow on my chest. It was so cozy and snuggly and extremely relaxing! The staff is also amazing and super sweet, along with Rosa. I'm so happy I found this place! If you are very finicky with hair color definitely go here! It was also very reasonable priced which I felt was worth every penny! I've never been this happy after a highlights service!!! I never imagined how amazing Haley would be given the time. She really put so much attention into my lashes in that time and they turned out beautiful! She even offered to do another session and was going to come in early for me. Talk about amazing service! I ended up loving my lashes the way they were after just the first session. This salon is beautiful; it provides a comfortable, friendly atmosphere, as well as big city…read morequality, which is a difficult combination to find in a salon. The salon is conveniently located downtown and has its own parking lot, so you don't have to worry about parking in a garage or parallel parking on the street and having to walk a long distance. The salon has pleasant scenery, with lots of paintings from local artists, and the owners play good music at just the right volume level. I also have to mention the shampoo bowls because of how comfortable they are! My stylist, Stacia, is the queen of hair. She and her husband both have impressive resumes and are educators in the hair industry. I can tell she has high standards when it comes to her work, and she obviously knows exactly what she is doing because she does great hair while making it look easy. She has taken me from a dull, brassy blonde to a beautiful, bright beige/platinum blonde all while maintaining the health of my hair (I have naturally dark hair). She is very kind and easy to talk to, too. I'm assuming all of the stylists at Wolf and Ryan are excellent because I haven't seen a client leave without a beautiful head of hair. I have never loved my hair so much, and I highly recommend this salon and Stacia!

I wanted to grow it out and it was in that horrible stage, so being on TV like that was not acceptable. I called everyone close to my house in Williamsburg, Corbin and London. It was Friday and I needed to have it done before Monday morning. But no one was available, no matter how much I pleaded. Then my friend had the idea to go to Lexington to Paul Mitchell. It is scary trusting a stranger but she said this was the best idea because of the instructors. How we, upon arrival a snow delay had canceled them taking walk ins. So I sat in my truck and started calling places. The nice woman who answers the phone was great. I don't know how she did it, but she got German to agree to take me at 6:30 pm(they close at 6pm). I was so scared but felt I would be more embarrassed if I went on TV so I showed up. I felt like whatever he thought was good, I would listen to him and I figured he would recommend the quickest way to fix my hair so he could head home. But he took no short cuts and spent a good amount of time doing the consult before beginning to get to work. The color is beautiful, the hair cut is beautiful. And I am so freaking grateful that these people went the extra, extra mile to help me, when no one else would. I am not joking when I say I spoke to 36 salons before coming across this place. And even though it is 1 hr and 45 mins from my house, this is where I am going from this day forward. HUGE LOVE AND APPRECIATION FOR AN ALL AROUND GREAT JOB: as humans and as a business owner!!
