I chose the stylist, Jackie, because she has long hair and I loved it and I have long hair and because she had a great smile. I totally clicked with her, she listened to me, kept checking in with me, and did a gorgeous long layered haircut and deep condition for my silver mane. The salon is adorable too. She called me @ 9:05 to say she'd be 10 min late. She arrived at 9:28. OK, no problem. I made an appt. for a facial. She was a no-show for the facial and when called, said "nothing scheduled." I HAD THE CARD IN HER HANDWRITING. I was on the right date & time. I then discovered my next appt. for low-lites was scheduled for a cut instead. That was 2 1/2 weeks after my last cut. I could try to work this out with her. But I just don't see this improving.
