The salon is really nice and clean, and they have a large selection of products for sale. Anna is the best; she's so friendly and knowledgeable. She asked me what I hoped for and explained various options and what she thought would be best. After an AMAZING shampoo & massage she performed magic on my hair. She explained everything along the way, including how much product to use and how to style my new cut. I am obsessed with my new hair. I literally can't stop touching it. It's so soft and shiny, and it makes me feel polished and pretty for the first time in years. I already booked my next appointment and am so happy to have finally found THE salon and stylist for me.

She was in the chair with the stylist for only 23 minutes. She clearly explained how she wanted her hair curled, but the stylist did not listen and the result did not match what she asked for. She was charged $63.77 and then pressured to leave a tip, which felt inappropriate given her age and vulnerability. I emailed the owner; she left a message saying she would call, but when I called back she was unavailable. Later that day the stylist left a long, awkward message that did not include a real apology or offer to make things right. We will not return, and I'm sharing this experience so others--especially seniors and their families--know what to expect.
