My hair stylist (co-owner) used a clipper to even out my hair in the back. I kept feeling something sharp and it was painful. I flinched a few times. I just thought my skin was sensitive. I got home and looked in the mirror and to my horror, my neck was nicked the entire area. I put on some antibiotic cream so that I didn't get an infection just in case the clippers weren't cleaned properly. Didn't she SEE what she was doing? Didn't she notice I flinched? Why did she use a clipper instead of scissors to even out my hair? I didn't know what was going on. I posted my story on Facebook, along with the photo. Everyone was shocked. One friend commented, "I was a Hairstylist for 30 years and never have I seen that happen! Those were dull un- oiled blades, you were clipper burned and cut." How can I ever go back Capelli's Salon? I asked for a refund. I was told an envelope would be at the desk. She never came out to talk to me; only a few text messages stating this had never happened before. I had my hair cut with a different hair dresser a few months earlier, and she was excellent, but I won't be returning. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
