Stay far away from this salon…read more I came in for a simple face frame and toner. I already had two blended money pieces I loved and only wanted to add a few baby highlights added around my face. I showed Muzo a photo of what I wanted and explained that I like warmer blonde tones, just not orange. Instead, he bleached the pieces around my face to platinum and toned my entire head so heavily that my hair literally turned blue/gray. He then tried to remove some of the toner, but the end result was still harsh, uneven, and completely different from what I asked for. My hair now has bright platinum pieces around my face that do not blend at all, and the rest of my hair is just super dark and ashy. When I asked him to tone the blonde darker so it would blend better, he told me he couldn't because he was worried about the integrity of my hair (after he had just over-bleached it). To make matters worse, I was charged $250 for SIX total foils around my face, even though his booking page lists a partial highlight at $175. How is a face frame $75 more than a partial?! I was never told that price beforehand or I would have never gotten it done with him. My total bill was over $600. I now have to pay another salon for a full color correction. I'm extremely disappointed with both the service and the scam pricing and would not recommend this salon to anyone. It now makes sense why I was the ONLY client in the entire salon for almost a 3 hour appointment. Pictures of what I requested and what was done.

I received a combination of highlights and balayage. I like it to look very natural, especially, when it's growing out. I have naturally curly hair and the cut looks great worn naturally or straight. He really is very knowledgeable AND talented. His daughter, Bella, does my daughters hair and it always looks great! My daughter is very adventurous with her color. I wish I was.
