She used a liner in the booties to help soften the soles of my feet. I was very anxious to see if this massage affected my sleep. I fell right asleep which is typical for me. I still had to get up twice to use the bathroom, which is typical and expected since I drank extra water in the evening. Now here is the exciting part, each time I got up - I was able to fall right back asleep! No tossing and turning. No needing to spend time stretching out my restless legs. I called up and the receptionist was super friendly and they were actually able to take me that day. So, I arrived that afternoon and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff at the salon. I was taken back to the chair within a minute or two of arriving and that is when I met my stylist Carrie Lynn! She had taken one look at my hair and seemed as if she had a plan in mind immediately! I listened to her idea and it was fabulous so I decided to put my trust in her. Meanwhile, we had the most delightful conversation about kids, hair, hair products, etc, ya know, everything girls like to talk about!!!
