I didn't have to wait long and, after having witnessed how thorough and careful Ariana is, I completely understand why she may have taken a few minutes extra with the client before me. I appreciate that Ariana takes her time - I've had many brow waxes that were so rushed and impersonal. She genuinely cares about her clients' skin and it shows! I have sensitive skin, so before we even started the wax, Ariana did a test spot on my skin to figure out if the soy based wax would be okay to use - I've never had anyone else do that. She also had me hold a mirror and watch her map out my brow while she explained various things. I had a few questions about getting a Brazilian wax and she made me feel so comfortable while discussing it and gave me some guidance about how to prepare, what to expect, etc. All in all, I highly recommend BMS for all of your waxing needs!

Ally was her technician and was so thorough, patient and kind throughout the entire process. She made sure my mom was comfortable throughout the entire process and even throughout the service my mom kept raving about how she cannot wait to come back. Her nails turned out great and Ally was the sweetest! As a side note, my mom has Alzheimer's and I tend to worry about her receiving services as sometimes she needs things explained multiple times or extra time to navigate unfamiliar environments. All of the staff at Mind Body Spirit Salon were so accommodating and understanding-they truly made both me and my mom feel so comfortable. We can't wait to come back!

After reaching out to let her know how unhappy I was with the result, (which I mentioned right away while I was still at the salon) her suggestion was that I should book another appointment to get closer to what I wanted. I was never offered to even get a redo, despite of not having received the service advertised and that I paid for. In her words " It's not perfect but I feel that we made progress". To put it in perspective, people that I see all the time didn't even notice any difference on my hair. Customer satisfaction is definitely not their priority, and the words used in their advertisement " worthy hair/ luxury" don't match the service provided. After talking to the hair stylist hoping to get a solution for my problem and not getting anything, I've tried to talk to the owner only to have her reinforce that I should book another appointment and that they would not refund me. I would definitely not recommend this place.

I showed him a couple of inspo pictures and he went to work. He did such an excellent job and was so kind and helpful. The products he uses are salon quality and smell so good. Johanna did my makeup after. She is extremely knowledgeable and talented. I showed her the picture I wanted and she gave me the exact look. She uses airbrush for foundation which gives a flawless look to your skin. She ensures each tool that is used is sanitized and cleaned. I loved the way my makeup came out. Overall this company is amazing. Their staff so kind and skilled in their field. I couldn't recommend them enough for any type of special event they will make you feel and look amazing!

Originally when I had reached out I was booked with Joanna for make up and another girl to do hair. But I guess that girl had left and so Joanna contacted me to ask if Tyler was okay to fill in. I did do a hair/ make up trial about a year before and wore it all night to another wedding I was attending so I could get the full effect. At first I was nervous about the airbrush make up but I fell in love. It lays so nicely on your face and really gives a flawless finish. I had some blemishes on my chin and they were perfectly covered! We had 5 girls for make up and 8 for hair. All of my girls looked amazing at the end. Each did their own slight variation of a light glam make up look. Joanna even gave me a little case of my lip color after she was done so I could touch up throughout the night! Tyler seriously killed the hair dos! My girls each requested a half up half down look with a little different twist to each. Their curls held all night as well which is a huge plus because some of them had longer hair. It amazed me that he could look at a picture for less than 5 seconds and perfectly mimic what was being asked for. Both of them were so enjoyable to work with, day of and prior too!
