The woman I spoke to, Heather, was so upbeat, friendly, and informative. It is clear that Heather loves her job, is sociable, personable, and literally embodies every quality someone in customer service should have. After having such a pleasant experience with Heather on the phone, I decided to go in. The tanning salon was neat, clean, and had plenty of different options for customers. Heather made suggestions for different packages and lotions that were available, however she did so in a very professional manner and I did not feel like I was being pressured or sold to. For my first visit, I tanned for 8 out of the maximum 10 minutes. Even after one visit, I had a significant amount of color, without being burnt and overexposed. I'll definitely be a regular here. Originally when I had reached out I was booked with Joanna for make up and another girl to do hair. But I guess that girl had left and so Joanna contacted me to ask if Tyler was okay to fill in. I did do a hair/ make up trial about a year before and wore it all night to another wedding I was attending so I could get the full effect. At first I was nervous about the airbrush make up but I fell in love. It lays so nicely on your face and really gives a flawless finish. I had some blemishes on my chin and they were perfectly covered! We had 5 girls for make up and 8 for hair. All of my girls looked amazing at the end. Each did their own slight variation of a light glam make up look. Joanna even gave me a little case of my lip color after she was done so I could touch up throughout the night! Tyler seriously killed the hair dos! My girls each requested a half up half down look with a little different twist to each. Their curls held all night as well which is a huge plus because some of them had longer hair. It amazed me that he could look at a picture for less than 5 seconds and perfectly mimic what was being asked for. Both of them were so enjoyable to work with, day of and prior too!

Forgot something, like your string thong? No worries - the disposable ones are available on the cheap. After-care lotion, an exfoliating scrub, whatever you need is here in an adorable retail space! I wasn't uncomfortable once - not only is Ryann fast, thorough, and amazingly professional, she also heats the booth/pop up tent where you stand to get sprayed so that you stay warm while standing there with all your naughty bits out in the open (which, by the way, is totally optional - wear as much or little as you want!). The whole process took about 10-15 minutes. Ryann was sure to go back over areas I wanted a little darker, and talked to me about the solution and the process while she was spraying. Be careful to wear baggy clothes, try to use the cloth to keep your skin-to-skin contact to a minimum. Re-frocked and freshly bronzed, I headed home and went to bed. Cut to - next morning - showered off the excess (prepare for your shower water to make you look like you just spent a week playing in the mud - this is normal!!), put on a little lotion and VOILA! The tan I've been chasing all summer, achieved in a measly few hours. Not a single "weird spot", not on my hands, elbows, knees, feet, face, underarms.. you know, the usual suspects. Nothing. Anywhere. Just smooth, even color that legit looks like I went to Aruba last night (a girl can dream). Quick note - if you want to look like you spent a week in Costa Rica or a month in Mexico - all can be achieved.
