Laura was my stylist and I'm so happy I cane to this salon! I had a great experience and will return. Laura was very good and we talked about what I wanted and what she thought would look good also. After this 3rd time, I nicely told them how frustrating this was, and they accused me of having an attitude. Instead of saying, "I'm so sorry this has happened again, let me schedule you at our next available appointment." The person on the phone (owner?) became very rude to me. If this is how they treat their clients, I can only imagine how they treat their stylists. I guess this explains why so many are leaving. I will not be returning either.

Something I was very pleased with is she knew what I had requested in my online booking and was able to speak directly to what I wanted. She asked great clarifying questions and got to work with no delay. I was going from a darker color to a blonde highlight with a shorter haircut/style and she did an amazing job. I've had two incidents with this place so won't bother returning. 1) I made an appointment and weeks later they called to say they made a mistake and should not have booked that time so had to re-schedule. Now I'm out weeks and was given no priority in replacing the appointment I'd needed. 2) to make matters worse, I scheduled way in advance to get my daughter's hair done for her keepsake Senior school pictures - yet they called just two hours before the appointment to cancel!! They'll say they can't help when a stylist gets sick - but they not only did nothing to reschedule her, they had a pissy dismissive attitude. They refused to put her with a new stylist, have one stay late, or double up even if we had to wait between appointments - ANYTHING to make up for them simply cancelling - they did nothing and worse could not care less. If you value your time, they won't. Don't bother going where you're not wanted.

There were enough nail stations for all three of us to get our nails done at once. We got our manicures and then went over to the pedicure area. The massage chairs had a setting for short people, which I appreciated. We opted for the sugar foot scrub, which I recommend. Our nail techs were very professional and lovely to talk to.
