Three times before my next appointment, the salon called to tell me that my stylist was "no longer with us" and they would need to reschedule me with a different stylist on a different day. After this 3rd time, I nicely told them how frustrating this was, and they accused me of having an attitude. Instead of saying, "I'm so sorry this has happened again, let me schedule you at our next available appointment." The person on the phone (owner?) became very rude to me. If this is how they treat their clients, I can only imagine how they treat their stylists. I guess this explains why so many are leaving. I will not be returning either.

They'll say they can't help when a stylist gets sick - but they not only did nothing to reschedule her, they had a pissy dismissive attitude. They refused to put her with a new stylist, have one stay late, or double up even if we had to wait between appointments - ANYTHING to make up for them simply cancelling - they did nothing and worse could not care less. If you value your time, they won't. Don't bother going where you're not wanted.
