Mixed review. Pro- The staff is very sweet and very…read moreaccommodating, and truly try to be helpful. Location easily accessible in Kapolei Cons- my hair was bleached (to remove any remaining box dye) and dyed over. The final color did NOT look any different than my original hair color and I am very disappointed in the time and money spent on it. There is a very subtle difference in direct sunlight but it's barely noticeable. I can chalk that up to me not choosing to go light enough, fine. I was too disappointed by the end result that I didn't notice that the stylist also dyed the right side of my face (about an inch from my hairline to by cheek wide and about 3 inches down in length) and I received a couple chemical burns from the bleach! I now have a patch of hair dye on my face that I am hoping will fade away soon. I didn't notice this until I got home and pulled my hair back behind my ears since it was styled down when I left the salon (covering it). I've tried desperately to cover it with makeup and pull my hair down to try to cover it. My chemical scalp burns I noticed when I ran my fingers through my hair and felt something hard, crusty, and a bit sensitive to touch. This tracks since it was also the part that I felt a strange sensation during the bleaching and I told the stylist that I felt. The color on the majority of my hair after the bleach (not roots) was a lovely brown that I should had just opted for. Instead I was told the color I chose to dye it would be slightly darker than the bleached color which seemed fine. But when my hair was finally finished, I had to hold back tears of disappointment. Overall, they are very nice and sweet but I am beyond sad and disappointed with the end result. I want to go cry some more.

This was well worth a minor 21 minute drive. The salon is very clean and chic. There's an adjacent trendy barber shop if you want to bring your man. The Salon is separate in the back with a comfy feel to it. Lots of natural light! Sherry was very sweet and knowledgeable. She used a low peroxide yet got the job done quickly. My hair is naturally blonde so she knew exactly what to do. I can't tell you how many bad experiences i have had at various salons. We used another product to protect my hair since I have a lot of damage from the beach and not conditioning it properly. I am so very happy to be blonde again!!! The high lights are perfectly placed. None are odd shaped or orange, like I've had in the passed from other salons. I love the highlights around my face. No need to "brake the base" or add more chemicals to correct color. I absolutely love Sherry. I am not one to sit around and get pampered so I've been slacking on getting my hair done. My birthday's coming up so i made that appt. Sherry made my visit quick, more than pleasant and I will definitely return. My bestie loves my hair and already booked an appointment.

Because it was badly damaged she recommended I do the Milbon repair treatment which I happily agreed. It's a Japanese product that is considered very good. I've only been on the bottom floor of the two story salon. From what I can tell it is very clean, maintained, and organized. After my repair treatment we went to the hair cutting chair where there was a hook to hang my jacket which was convenient. I showed Nona a photo of what I was hoping to achieve and she managed to get it as close as possible. My hair looked and felt healthier which was the best feeling! Shes so sweet and gave me tips on how to maintain and help heal my hair. I also got to meet another stylist Dani! Shes also the sweetest! I can't wait to go back for my follow up trim.
