Strange, the worker mentioned to me while washing hair she had graduated from beauty school. But because of instructions, the hair cutting process was slow. Usually it snip,snip,snip. But Dana would mention what angle and why she was doing it and how she was holding my hair etc. It's kinda like when you go to the market and get a trainee with an instructor the process is slow and you try to avoid that line if possible. Except the trainee was not cutting my hair but watching. But I will say this, the cut was wonderful. I washed my hair and it all falls into place with little or no help. But then I guess that is why this place is on the pricey side.

My previous salon visits at other places felt so long and exhausting. Not here! The staff are very kind, attentive, and detailed in their work. While there is a slight language barrier (very minimal), no matter who the stylist was I have been very happy with the e end product. My most recent cut was with Daisuke and he did exactly what I asked. I showed him reference picture and he asked clarifying questions of what I wanted. The result was perfect! I also always opt into the head spa. It's a great addition to the cut (which already comes with an included shampoo and blow out) that is a great price and a good way for me to treat myself. It's relaxing and I do think it helps my scalp health. The pricing is fair and affordable (especially compared to other salons I've looked at.) Other places are more expensive and, in my experience, don't compare service wise to the staff here. Do note that the parking company in charge of the stalls for the salon is very strict BUT the salon compensates you if you parked at the end of your appointment. TLDR: This salon has been my go to for 3 years and I recommend it to people looking for a solid salon with great customer service and fair pricing.

The AC in the salon is pretty bomb. The salon itself is a bit small but enough for you to have personal space. The salon has 5 chairs, 3 shampoo bowl, 2 or 3 dryers and a room for waxing. There's also a couple chairs in front for people to sit and wait. I got the pleasure of having Jazmine service me. She's worked on me before and always did an amazing job. She's very nice and friendly. Parking is available but gets packed real quick due to Jamba Juice, Starbucks, My Cafe, a barbershop and a nail salon being downstairs. Make sure to double check where you're parking because there's signs that say 30 mins or 3 hours limit to park.
