I was able to get an appointment the next day with Jill! She assessed my hair looking at the haircut and inspected the layers. I told her that I had already washed my hair, so she did a dry cut. She showed me where the layers were cut shorter underneath and where one side was longer than the other. Some weight was taken off to lessen the puffiness from my thick hair. After she did the haircut, she gave me a mirror to look my hair in the back, she explained to me the layers and how it was supposed to fall and blend nicely. Then she taught me how to style/curl my hair in the fastest time! The hairdresser was really nice, but she only could cut one way. She cut the same way as the lady before me, and the hair in back of her head didn't look too nice. Even as my hair is growing out, it still feels weird in the back because there seems to be 3 layers for the bob cut. The most outer layer was cut halfway up my head, the middle layer is cut long and the inside layer is cut short so the hair doesn't hold together to be able to make a ponytail. We didn't want it cut short, but I had to fix it myself at home. I paid $30 for an upsetting, careless experience. If someone is a licensed hairdresser, they should know how to work with all hair types, including children's fine or slippery hair. This was my daughter's first haircut, and instead of being a happy memory, it left her scared and in tears.

Their unit isn't too spacious but rather cozy. There are other hair stylists and I believe they're all independent. Pearl is such a sweet, friendly, and professional lady. I needed a touch up and she was able to match my hair color close to the previous one. I also liked her style of cutting and she was thorough to make sure it was cut perfectly. I called their main number and she return my call through text. She was able to schedule me within few days later which I was grateful. She also validated my parking ticket so I only had to pay a couple of dollars on the way out. She also does weddings if you're shopping around for that.
