After speaking with Billie Jo I was more than confident that I wanted her to handle this for me. Considering a blade is involved you better trust the person that is working on your skin. When I arrived at the salon Billie Jo was very welcoming and walked me back to the room to fill out a few forms. After the paperwork, I got under the comfy blanket and Billie Jo started working her magic. I was thinking that I am a good exfoliator so the whole part about getting alot of dead skin off of my face would not happen but I was wrong. Billie Jo removed quite a bit of dead skin and all of the peach fuzz. There was an addition enzyme treatment which was also very nice and smelled wonderful. After the procedure was finished she said just stay laying for a minute and take your time getting up....I'm thinking....getting up, who wants to get up. Started spring of 2016 by James Wronowski a top Ft. Lauderdale colorist and stylist who seems to like the more laid back attitude of our Northern Florida beach communities. "And now I have to wear a HAT", said the unhappy client.... When I got home, looked at what was left of my hair and went into shock, I contacted the salon to get help styling the mess I was left with. "Sure, come in to see the same stylist". No way I was getting in her chair again. Then I dropped in + asked the owner, she didn't have time, so I messaged to take her up on the offer to show me a way to style it. She then changed her mind and decided it would be an additional charge. Nice. Don't you love it when the stylist you paid to do your hair reassures you that "Its' Only Hair! - It will grow."

This is a very large establishment, as they have about 24 Pedicure chairs and 2 children's chairs…read more There are plenty of nail specialists to handle the clients. They also have 20 manicure tables. The price was common enough. We paid $35 for the Classic Pedicure(without gel). Gel is an extra $15. I had a gentleman that clearly has been doing this for a while. We didnt chat. He just got right to it. Remove polish, cut down nails and sand nails (pretty sure that isn't what they call it, but you get the idea). He didnt use a dremel as may feet didnt warrant it. He scrubs the toes including the tops of your feet(rather aggressively), but effective. Then it is time for the calf sugar scrub, moisturizer and massage. Strong hands are good, but no finesse. This is very off-putting if you have sensitive feet. He is professional and polite. The hot towel is my favorite and it didn't disappoint. Temperature that the hot shower gods would approve. He shaped my toes as I requested and was meticulous with his paint process. There aren't any fans to put your feet under to dry. I just sat in the chair with the toe spreader on with my sandals. I was unsure how long it would take to dry. They have two big screen televisions and music playing in the background (not too loud). There is a cooler in front with pop and water. I don't know if it is for customers though or if you can purchase a drink. I can ask next time. They have earned my service and I will be back. Job well done!

It was a little more than an hour before they were closing. I showed them what I wanted for my nails and said that I assumed I didn't have time for a pedicure. They said that they would be happy to do my nails while I sat in the chair for the pedicure. Tom did a great job on the nails and all while he was standing up! Lan was very creative with my toes. There was powder on my fingernails so we couldn't do the same thing on my toes, but she incorporated some of the color and made a great choice! They were both so friendly, talented, patient, and did not hurry the process even with it being the end of the night. The salon is clean and the seat was comfy.

I can't remember my stylist's name, I think she might have gone a bit shorter than she really meant to, but she was awesome and now that it's grown out a bit I love my lob. The cost of the cuts are definitely more expensive than Walmart cuts but you are getting a higher quality experience too, plus (hopefully) a much better haircut! I've paid more than this for worse cuts so I was happy with the price (about $40). It was nice of them to throw in a sample of their Aveda cherry conditioner. I'll definitely be coming back here - the only way to increase this to 5 stars would be if I could leave the salon highly satisfied, rather than needing a few weeks for my hair to reach the desired length!

Make clear prices! Don't add cost of gel when it's literally a polish you can buy for 8.00. I was a…read morenail tech and the prep work done on my nails was terrible. 30.00 on just applying a top coat is robbery and another 30.00 for my daughter so there went the tips. Then nicking and forcing a nail file on the side walls is unnecessary. The lack of experience showed. Didn't bother to measure and when tips were asked to be corrected you could feel how annoyed it made them. The girl who did my pedicure was amazing. As for my daughter the work was great. However I noticed them taking photos of her hands. Not a true big deal but as she is my daughter it would have been nice to ask a parents permission beforehand. Back to my nails...the ones that were corrected are already lifting so I wasted money going there. A shame is what it is. I dont mind paying but be clear on pricing and stop over charging for every tiny thing then get mad that customers expect what they pay for. Arguing or asking for money back isn't worth the time but I do hope its better for others. Nothing to fix just never going back and will tell others not to waste their time.
