Mayra is amazing. I have a busy work week and she schedules me early in the mornings on the weekends. I cut my hair every 2 months and have been going to her for years. She hard to reach sometimes because she's busy but I always schedule my future appointments when I see her in person. She shares the salon with her husband . He's a barber . There's a beauty salon for women on one side and a barber shop for makes. During the beginning of Covid they joined their salons. I don't really mind that . Poor service every time I bring my son to get a hair cut we get totally ignored probably the worse place ever for their service .. friends get seen first and the walk in customers get pushed to the side. Went on 4th of July for a hair cut. Normally they charge $30 but today he decided to charge me $40. When I asked why, he replied because it's a holiday, so he had to charge more. Well, a sign or a verbal heads up would have been nice, instead of being shocked and surprised at the end. I didn't see him charge the other 2 guys in front of me the extra $10. I'm told we will be right with you...30 minutes go by an hour and we are down to one barber. An hour and 15 minutes later...uh can you come back at 2pm because i have 3 appointments? Great shop! For a while I was looking for a great barber with the old time feel with a modern twist. Freddy and his team is always up-to-date with the latest and greatest cuts and feel with a old school man cave feel. Great music blasting and some type of sports on the big screen. They also carry an array of products for all your hair care needs. The best part is getting the old time barber feel with a straight razor shave and a gentleman's haircut. The barber that cut my boyfriend's hair did a magnificent job. He looked so good! So I went to get my hair dyed platinum which I was promised could be done in two sessions. I didn't have a good experience. I first spoke to someone that said the first session would be $190 for cut and color, however she doesn't do platinum so she referred me to her coworker. The coworker messaged me and said the color could be achieved in two sessions. The first would be $190 and the second $160. I sent pictures of my hair so she'd know what she's working with. I trusted them to do a great job. I went in on a Sunday morning and sat for three hours. When I saw the finished product, my hair had a bunch of highlights, but still primarily dark brown. The highlights were abrupt and made me look like I got my hair done in the 90's. I asked her what she did today and what she plans to do on the next visit. I was very skeptical. She also didn't cut my hair like I expected. So afterwards I asked and she said it would've been extra because we didn't discuss it, even though her coworker was the one who said the cut would be included. I didn't think it was much to honor, especially when I gave her a $20 tip for her time. But whatever, now I'm stuck with these poorly done highlights for at least 4 weeks until my hair can handle the second session. I went home and researched going platinum, which is something I definitely should've done first! And there is no way that she will make it platinum in the second session. I told my friends who had actually tried platinum before and they shamed me for believing it could be done in two sessions. She should've died all of my hair blonde this first session. I'm probably going to be bamboozled and have to go back for a third or fourth time to get my hair where I want it. Point is. She's young, has little experience and definitely doesn't know how to keep an unhappy customer. I tipped her well in hopes of keeping a good relationship, but now I feel screwed over. I don't recommend coming here for any hair dyes :( I'll be going elsewhere to get my hair fixed. read more

Great local barbershop! I always get greeted whether I go alone or with my husband. We have been taking our son since he was a year and half, and they always deliver our style requests, fades, lines, mohawks you name it! My husband goes here twice a week, never has he had a bad experience. All the barbers are super accomodating, the weekends are busy but that's expected with a great shop. Often times, even when they are on their last client for the day, I've seen many times where a barber will accomodate for that person who comes in at the end of their day on a Saturday! The guys here are all very laid back and Freddy will usually say "whats up" when you come inside. I get my hair cut by Jesus and he's now my regular barber. He does a great job and I don't need to do a lot of explaining to him to get what I want. I'll call to see his availability maybe once a month and he'll have a free slot around the time I tell him I'm available. I've been to maybe 4 or 5 local barber shops, and even a more high end place (it was cut by a woman at a beauty salon, so, in her defense, I wasn't expecting miracles) but I can count on Jesus to give me a fresh looking cut whenever I need it. Also, the prices are fair. It's $15 for a regular cut. I've been to the 5 dollar places and they just don't do a very good job. You can come here and not have to worry about getting a bad cut, but that might depend on the barber. Definitely suggest asking for Jesus. read more

If you are looking for a true barber shop with professional barbers who can cut the specialty haircuts that this place is trying to market to, don't waste your time. I came in to get a cut and I got a great taper but the part along the side of my head was not cut the way I requested it, it was not a straight part, it looked terrible. Hairs that should have been combed up were combed down and cut while hairs that should have been combed down were combed up and left long. My part looked like a screwed up zig zag line. Unfortunately I had a negative experience here. I was referred by someone and they didn't tell me that they would leave me waiting for 45 min plus, while they kept taking people who came in after me. I understand appts are important however it happened multiple times where the appt wasn't there and the barber would go into the back and hangout. Wasting my valuable time and losing a waiting customer simultaneously. Also one barber finished cutting hair and proceeded to chat with his customer while I waited obviously being rude to waiting customers. I could definitely see a large customer service issue on my first visit and due to the negative treatment I experienced I won't be going back and will always discourage anyone else from visiting this so called business. read more
