As a guy who only gets scissor cuts I'm always nervous when I visit a shop for the first time. Abraham was my barber and he did an A++ job. I appreciated that he stopped a couple times mid-cut to clarify and ask questions just to make sure I was getting the cut I wanted. I admit I can be a little picky, but he was patient and honestly this is probably one of the best cuts I've ever received. Both Abraham and the other barber working seemed like real genuine dudes. I like this joint. Good conversation, proper amount of shit talking, and mostly good vibes. But Ryan is disrespectful. Got him assigned for my 4th time (5 visits). I always overtip. $12 for $28 cut last time. $10 before that. I'm running 10min late for a cut (that will take only 15min), and dude talks down to me and hangs up. Found this place randomly a year ago and have been coming back ever since. All of the barbers there are extremely welcoming and professional and make sure you leave feeling like the best version of yourself. Also, they make it a point to treat you almost like family making sure you're comfy and offer you drinks and provide you with great laughs and a good time every time. I've recommended this place to friends and family and everyone agrees this is the place to go when you want to look and feel your best. The BEST barbershop ever! This is s Gem.. they have incredible customer service. PRIOR, We had gone to one across the street, next to Dominoes.. just terrible! Oh man, I've been coming to fern for 6 years and ever since they opened this place up its been great, atmosphere, the talks, and my cuts usually last between 45min to a hour with my hair and beard. A barber who takes their time to cut you is rare now and days. It's family friendly and they'll put on cartoons for your kids while they get a cut. read more
