I'm lucky to have stumbled upon 22 Tigers Barbershop because I have loved every single haircut/fade I have received from Clayton. He's receptive to feedback and offers great suggestions on how to style my hair. He is amazing at fades; I have received so many compliments every time I get a cut from him. He is truly a perfectionist and makes sure you are satisfied at the end of every session. I've referred him to a few friends and they have come out with amazing haircuts and fades as well. Every haircut I get from Clayton feels like a therapy session. I love talking to this guy and just getting life advice from him. The vibes at this place are great. Free beer while waiting and cool decor in the barbershop.

I walked in without an appointment and was seen by one of the open barbers. I told the barber how i wanted my hair cut and she started to cut my hair. BUT 5mins into my cut, another customer walked in and the owner said "this is the one that called in, can you take him." The barber stopped mid haircut and said that I would have to get the rest of my haircut from another open barber. The other barber did a good job, but I have never - NEVER - in my life ever had to switch barbers mid-haircut. I have never felt that another customer was more important than me. I just stood there feeling stupid. I have been going to Royal Barber shop for nearly a year. Up until now I have been happy. They typically do a good job. BUT part of going to a barber shop is the experience. It's to feel good about yourself. That did not happen today. The individual barbers looked embarrassed and were apologetic. BUT the owner was not and did not say a single word to me. In short, if you come here, you'll get a good haircut, just be sure you call ahead or else you might be treated as a 2nd rate customer. You may not get the royal treatment as a walk in.
