The treatment did not come out the same, and it felt like a cheaper product or formula was used. The prices are reasonable but not cheap, which I don't mind if the quality is consistent. Jina did such an amazing job with the cut color and styling--very meticulous and professional--and the girl who washed my hair (I think her name was Iris) was great too. She really got in there with the scalp massage and they give a little eye shield so water doesn't splash into your eyes when the hair is being washed. Great spot!

She gives me perfect highlights and tones every single time. She is also great with styling hair and blow outs! Beyond happy with House of Style. She gave me tips on how to wash my daughter's very long hair, only took off what was agreed upon, and styles her hair beautifully with two braids after the cut. The salon has cool decor. You claim your team is 100% experienced, yet during my appointment, your staff admitted they had never done this type of work before. One even said they would like to practice on a mannequin, but was never able to so why was I being used for practice while paying for a professional service? That felt completely unfair. When I went to pay, I saw an online discount, but the staff denied it and said it was no longer valid, even though it was still being advertised. That felt dishonest. If the extensions were installed properly and tied tightly as you claim, why would I be missing so many strands when I removed them shortly after? They shouldn't have just fallen out if they were secure enough for daily wear. To make matters worse, I heard Jessica, the boss, instructing staff to work on trying to get their bad reviews removed. That speaks volumes about where their priorities really are. I hope future customers get the honest, professional service they're paying for.
