They even had complimentary cookies and coffee in the waiting area. I was given a first time visitor coupon which made the total price of my cut very reasonable ($20 plus I gave my stylist a 25% tip because she was just that good)! Tracy took very good care of me. She was very friendly (we talked the entire time) and she was very knowledgeable so she gave me tips on the layering of hair since I requested it. She took her time to make sure my haircut was straight and exactly the way that I wanted it and when she was finished - I was super happy.
