Horrible hair cut. Uneven! Had to go back and get it corrected! Thank goodness the girl who cut it wasn't there! 2nd cut was proper!

They don't honor online appointments. We made an appointment for two small children and it was obvious that even with an appointment, not one stylist wanted to cut their hair. Both children were behaving but they tried to push the appointment 30 minutes later which is not acceptable for small children. We even arrived early and asked if they could be taken (several stylists just milling about) were told no and we went back at scheduled time and no one was available for either of the children's haircut. If the salon doesn't wish to cut children's hair then just say so.upfront. Such unprofessionalism. read more

I go here monthly for a trim and color. I always see Ashley and she does exactly what I want every time. They can get busy so I reccomend calling ahead for an appointment. There are always sales and specials going on. I've been going here for about a year and I've never had a bad experience. read more

My husband asked for a simple haircut. The stylist there butchered his hair. This stylist left a "ledge" on his hair and showed no basic skill in blending/fading. The stylist did not even cut his hair on top properly. While waiting on him, two other employees were up front complaining at length about an earlier disgruntled customer. Completely unprofessional. Paid for a service that was clearly not performed! There's absolutely no way Anuis performed the 5 minute scalp massage! So he called his manager and still charged me! Unbelievable that you chose your employee over a 6 dollar service! I challenge you to review your security video and then tell me who's lying! Unbelievable! Yup! No tip for him! Arrived at about 7:30 to get my 10 year old a "high and tight". There was only one child in front of us and we were told we were next; however, about 8 other people entered the facility after us and were taken back to a chair. We didn't leave until after 9 pm and after each party we were told we were next. My sons haircut wasn't bad, but it certainly wasn't what we asked for even after showing the hairdresser a picture. She also took forever, maybe she was new. She also kept cutting with the scissors on top constantly trying to even out the unevenness. $19, won't be back. read more

Very clean and orderly place. Staff was very friendly. However, I was told it was a 15-20 minute wait when it ended up taking 45+ minutes for my son to get taken back for his haircut. It also took an hour for the actual haircut. He's a kid - how hard can it be to cut the sides short and leave a little length on the top. There were only three girls in there cutting hair. While I was waiting for my son to get finished, there were four groups of people that came and signed in but then left when they were told that the wait was now an hour or more. I feel like they could solve their time issues if they had more help available and their current staff was faster. read more

Ridiculous! Had an appointment at 6. Arrived, no one greeted us. Had two kids. When called to do the check in for the appointment, told them I was bringing two children and was wanting to not have to wait awhile with them. No one told us they were running over an hour wait. Kept being told about another 20 minutes. They seriously have their times messed up. Poor customer service! read more

This location of the Hair Cuttery horrible ! I took my son in for a haircut, was told 40 minutes. So we waited. Just shy of 2 hours later, still waiting. I finally asked one of the employees who came up to the register to clock out, how much longer. She said he was next. I said we had been waiting a very very long time. She said well if someone signs in to get a hair cut, and then decides to get a color, it turns the appointment time into a longer visit. I said, if they sign up for a hair cut, they should get a hair cut ! IF they want a color or highlight, then they need to come back. She apologized. I said we are leaving and WILL NOT be back. But, a non-American woman came in AFTER us and wanted a cut and color and they took her right back ! Then another stylist knew a guy that came in to sign up and said to give her 15 minutes and she would take him. If you ask me, it is whoever you know OR the more expensive the visit is going to be ! read more
