Two days later I received an email from her stating that I needed to find a different stylist. I was floored and shocked. I found another salon and was told I had 3 different shades of coloring going on which indicated her lack of attention. My new salon is working with me to get my hair a uniform color. They are easy going and not on edge which is something I can't state about her. I'm grateful for finding a better salon where I feel confident that my needs are addressed. Sharon has butchered a simple long hair trim, not once, not twice but three times. When asked why there was a chunk missing from shoulder blade length hair, as well as three distinct "shelves" serving as "layers," her response was that the hair was like that when she came in and that those were the layers she requested. The other young lady ended up with should length hair as a result of "fixed" errors in her work. Plain and simple, Sharon may be kind but she has no business having clients in her chair. Find a private cosmetologist and become a regular client with them. That's the only way to avoid these cheap, chop-shop "salons."

This was done without any confirmation or verification on their end. I didn't realize the mistake until I checked my receipt days later, and the amount was so unreasonable that it felt dishonest. When I contacted the owner, Julie Campbell, I was told that a $78 refund had been issued. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the error. Because of the service issues and the incorrect charge, I cannot recommend this salon. Double-check your receipt before leaving.
