Fabio greeted me promptly my first day and explained to me to make appointments the week of on Tuesday I'd I wanted to scheduled my haircut that week. Personally, I am used to scheduling a month or so out to be fair, but I know I can't have it all. Back to it, Fabio not only corrected my original haircut that I've had, but showed me me why and how he was going to do it before he did it. Asked for my input before and after. This was a few months ago. To date, I've enjoyed this place so much that I've referred my coworker who comes 45 minutes out of his way just to get a fresh cut. I know a few other reviews mention some workers being rude but I've never had any interactions other than with Fabio and so far they've all been positive.
