Then reply to their requested feedback. I'm not sure if it'll make it to anyone's sight, but if you go..::a safe bet is to ask for Mackenzie - or hope you are scheduled with her if you're a walk-in. There were strands of hair 10" long that she missed entirely, and in spite of doing base color + balayage, there were spots that were not colored at all. When I left, my hair looked like a drunk person cut my hair and then I slept on it and got bedhead. It was BAD. Even that was not the worst of it. When I posted a bad review on Facebook, she proceeded to harass me. She sent me a message that called me "f****** insane," threatened me with witchcraft helped along by the fact that she had my hair, and ended the message with, "Get Covid and die narcissistic b****." She also posted my name, photo and the town where I live on a FB group for pagans and wiccans and asked them to help her put a hex on me. Another member ratted her out to me, and it is my understanding that they kicked her out of the group. The salon owner did nothing but defend her. I was going to let it go because there's no good outcome for me. Getting my money back wouldn't fix my ruined hair. If she lost her job, it would just make her even crazier and hellbent on revenge. But today I checked on my Google business page, and I believe she went on to libel me in a review. So I checked , and they also managed to get the Facebook review deleted somehow. There comes a time when enough is enough. People need to be warned about this chick.
