Had a hair appointment scheduled here my daughter was really excited about it. We where on our way to the location when I get a call letting me know they have a staff meeting and are canceling my appointment. I totally understand thing come up things happen but this is not that. It is incredibly rude and unprofessional to cancel an appointment with only 15 min notice to to the start of the appointment! We where already on our way because we live 10-15 minutes away and didnt want to be late. I would not of been mad if I was given more notice but 15 min is BS! I would never cancel on someone with such little notice. read more

Came in before a date as they were open at 7 on a Friday night. My stylist gave me a head shave and beard trim, she didn't line up my beard very well or even it out, I instructed her how to fix it, she took another attempt and didn't get much of what I was trying to explain. $16 later and I was looking more presentable, but not as sharp as I could've been. read more

Once I reached, they made me wait for 10 mins before someone spoke to me. Asked me to wait for another 20 minutes without clarity if someone will be available to do the haircut. I went there today for my daughter's haircut and showed the hairdresser what we want and the results is nothing like the picture model! We went to the salon so my daughter can get the hair she wanted and she ruined it for my daughter.and i saw her sneezing,she is wearing her mask but when she sneeze i saw her removed the mask and used her hands to cover nose and mouth and then just go back touching my daughter's hair doesn't even wash or sanitize her hands! I made the mistake of going to this place for a clean up of what is left of my hair. I was in the chair for all of 2.5 minutes for a clipper cut. My fault for not clarifying the price of this cut, but when I got out of the chair and got to the register, I was charged 18 bucks for a shampoo and haircut. I was SHOCKED! I have had my hair clippered twice since I lost my hair to chemo and I have never been charged more than 9 bucks! I was very upset and the poor girl who cut my hair went to her manager to try to get the price down and she refused. I had also mentioned that my hair was not shampooed and it was then they offered to do it. Too late. I made myself perfectly clear that I would not be back and would address this on Yelp and call Corporate. I will never go to Hair Cuttery ever again. read more

Went to get a simple blow/dry style, but i ended having to fix my hair right when i got home. The girl who did my hair used WAY too much products that when i feel my hair it feels heavy and sort of greasy, very unhappy how it all turned out! I literally want to wash my hair again!!! I've never had a bad experience with any of the staff - they've always been courteous, as well as helpful when I've had questions on how to style my hair and what products to use. I've always liked my haircuts, no matter who's doing the cutting. Also i got my haircut and it was a little longer and she asked my if i wanna cut some more like half and inch and i said yes cause when she showed it to me it was the perfect length that's why i had said yes, she continued to cut and i thought she was doing layers which was also what i told her i wanted by time i look back at my hair i see half of it is gone and what does she do keep cutting and i know most people will say well u could have opened ur mouth to say smth to her while she should be smart enough to realize that she cut way more then half and inch and she didn't even give me layers like i had asked her to this is the worst hair cut i've ever gotten in my life and from this point i will never ever go to hair cuttery again and any right minded person should know u don't brush out curly what did she do very aggressively brushed my hair and then blow dryer my hair which burned my scalp. i could go on for so long but i have a life moral of this message don't get ur hair cut from here especially people with curly hair for the live of god don't. read more

Horrible. I guess they were training someone who missed the instruction on men's haircuts in school. My son came home with the choppiest hair I've ever seen. Like it was almost as if someone just took their scissors and made 3 straight line cuts on the side of his head, which makes no sense since his hair is short enough that it should've been cut with the clippers. He said a lady was telling another lady how to cut it. You should ask permission before using someone's head as a training tool. Unacceptable!! read more

I went in for a trim and my bangs to be cut, because I had a job interview that day. I had Lindsay, she was really sweet but She's not good at cutting bangs. She also kept trying to up sell me to the point where it got annoying. I came in for just a hair cut not to dye my hair that was dyed 2 weeks ago. Anyways, my bangs came out botched. I when I left I was playing with my bangs in the car to see that she missed a lot of obvious strands, I went back in and politely showed the mistakes, and she attempting to fixed it. Later that day when I went to put my hair up I still have pieces that are much longer, like past my eye lashes long, and my bangs are actually crocked. She styled it to swoop to the left, and that hid the crookedness. What a waste of $41. I even tipped her over 20% because I'm in the customer service industry, and I understand the struggles. I would rather have someone straight up just tell me they can't cut bangs, instead of botching them. My mother even asked me when she saw me if I cut my bangs myself. I'm not the type of person who complains to get anything comp'd, but I wish I never spent a total of $51 on a botched hair cut. I rather done it myself and spent the money on Christmas shopping for my family. Not going back. read more
