I of course went to a different salon to get it fixed. Because there was very little hair left on the bottom half, I ended up needing to shorten my hair to chin length to even it out. Don't go to this salon. I would avoid it at all costs.

She has worked for two very well known salons in Geneva area and has now started her own one man show! Her color is fantastic and she is so nice! This led to a discussion about getting compensation for over cutting her hair. I walked into Volume, sat at Sing's chair and she immediately said " this is too much hair for you" and she found the flaws and imperfections immediately. After an hour of cutting and styling, I left there feeling lighter and renewed. She showed me some time saving tips for styling my long hair and even had me do part of it so she could coach me. My hair was highlighted incorrectly and turned platinum blonde, which I never asked for. It appeared to be over-processed, or the wrong toner was used. I typically require a level 9 toner, and it's clear that was not applied. Because of how poorly the service turned out, I had to find another salon open on a Sunday to correct it, as it was not suitable for work. At this point, I am requesting a refund due to the repeated issues and the additional time and expense required to fix the mistake.
