She asked me multiple questions about my hair as she was cutting it like why the front pieces of my hair were longer than the back, which was odd because they weren't and she was the one cutting my hair ? The stylist Said she "cut off 5 inches" but it was definitely no more than 3 when I looked at the hair on the floor (I know measurements, I work in the trades). I don't think she conditioned my hair properly by the way she was ripping at my hair trying to brush it out (I brushed it in my car before going in). She did not cut my hair how I asked and sent me home with wet hair. Never have I ever left a haircut with wet hair. Apparently they charge extra for this, even though it should be a given, for people with long hair at least. This wasn't explained to me before the haircut which I feel like it should be because no other salon has ever sent me home with wet hair. They should seriously reconsider this "policy" or be upfront about it before you book. Another family came in to get their hair done and I felt rushed out. I didn't feel like I was really taken care of, just the bare minimum. I left with wet depressing hair feeling very ugly when you should leave a haircut feeling confident and good about yourself. They did give me a refund but Overall an odd and disappointing experience.
