Their only form of remedy was a beard trim of which I did not even have. Fast forward, I am now supposed to attend another wedding here in a few days, and they once again call me to cancel. When I booked the appointment I asked numerous times if this appointment would be okay and solidified. To the point I even called back to follow up a few days after I made the initial appointment and was told by the gentleman "I was good to go" Not the case. I will deter as much business as I can going forward from here due to their lack of ability to follow through on commitments they made to their customers.

She made me feel comfortable, asked exactly what I wanted to do to my hair, and made great suggestions for my haircut, which I took. I love the cut she did and it looks SO much healthier and has so much bounce. I will definitely be coming back. Chelsey went above and beyond in taking care of me and my hair, especially with the new client package. I usually sit in awkward silence while they cut my hair, but Chelsey and I had a great conversation. Thanks Chelsey! My first salon experiences in this area incorporated lukewarm hair washing water and no head massage. I couldn't do it anymore. Soiree knocks the hair washing service out of the park. They have their own crew completely responsible for washing hair, massaging scalps and providing hot towel treatments. My daughter likes it so much that one time I was having my hair taken care of, she just asked if she could have hers washed. They fit her in right in. You best believe there is no lukewarm water here. My haircuts themselves are also top notch. Dani is really good at her job. Not only with the actual cutting and attention to detail with my hair but also with the conversation. I am always sad when the haircut is over. It all goes too quickly.
