Jocelyn provided a beautiful cut, blowdried my hair, turned my hair into long layers, and gave me a beautiful wavey style to end. I am so happy with the end result! My hair feels so healthy, and her technique of cutting layers left me looking with the fullest look possible. Can't wait to return and maintain this beautiful style or change it to whatever I am feeling next. What I know is that Jocelyn will provide me with the best care and the best possible style that leaves me and my hair feeling so loved! The LMG salon is so nice as well, they use great products, and maintain a clean space/environment! Stop by and feel the love!

I was really looking forward to my appointment, but unfortunately, my experience was frustrating…read morefrom the start. After booking and paying a deposit, I received a call stating that the time and service was incorrectly scheduled. On top of that, I wasn't even asked about the service I selected (Color Package 4, the highest package) to ensure everything was set up correctly. To make matters worse, while I was initially able to book a later time online, I was then asked to come earlier. This was fine with me, and I was told the technician would stay, and we wouldn't finish until 11 PM. By this point, my hair (or myself) hadn't even been seen yet. I understand that prices can change, but this situation made it hard to enjoy the experience, especially as a busy mom who rarely has time to pamper herself. Additionally, while the website recommends a consultation, the call felt more like reading the rules on the site rather than a personalized conversation, which I did take the time to read as it has taken me some time to try and find a new salon that is closer to my home. Better communication and a more thoughtful approach would have gone a long way. Overall, I hope the business can improve its customer service and communication so clients feel valued before they even arrive.

I have very wavy and thick hair so requesting a pixie cut has been a difficult task. I found an extremely satisfied customer of Susette's on social media that was raving about her services and her cut was done in a very chic manner, so I decided to take another hopeful chance. From the start of my interaction with this business, it has been extremely pleasant. Scheduling, confirming, following up, checking in.. all with a very professional and friendly attitude. Her staff is focused and welcoming. The salon itself is maintained very well and it feels comfortable. Thank you Susette, for hearing my needs and having fun while delivering an amazing pixie!

I actually went at her request expecting her to fix the issue and she said they do not do any refunds which is terrible since in every salon you go to it IS something that IS offered to clients when the work is not properly done! I honestly would have settled for them trying to fix it if I would have been able to but because of COVID I was not able to. She was SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL and did not at all try to understand my situation. My advice is DO NOT go because if things go wrong they do not help the customer. This is aside from all the attitude she gave me when I went!!
