Probably worst haircut up my life. Dawn did not listen to anything I said. My birthday is tomorrow so I thought I'd get cleaned up for pictures and such but no, I instead got a person who has no idea what they're doing. Handling my head extremely aggressively. It's like Dawn was cutting hair for the first time in her life. When we started she said "okay we're going on with the 0 clip" and I was like woah woah I said nothing about a 0 clip, I asked for a 1/2. Which proves she was not listening when I gave my instructions. What I was left with is completely unacceptable and when I told her that she's not doing what I asked, she said "let's fix it" which I responded with, "it's too late to fix, i have no idea what you've done to my head". I'm extremely frustrated I have to wear a hat now to cover up my disgusting haircut tomorrow during my birthday celebration. I am beyond disappointed. And the fact that she knew she messed up, acknowledged it and still charged me for a terrible haircut is unbelievable. Aleshia is the only one at this location that knows how to cut hair. Made my appointment for first thing this morning via their website. The stylist I chose was not available until later today, but Alicia took me in and worked absolute magic. It had been over a year since my last haircut and these curls were like a crazy bird nest of various lengths. She washed my hair, asked what length I wanted removed and got to work. Can I tell you how much I am loving my new cut? My head just feels less burdened by the mass of hair and is styling much better. I will be returning within 3-4 months for a retrim because these curls grow quickly. read more

While the staff was friendly, the person who cut my hair did not do a very good job. I provided 2 pictures of what I wanted, one of said pictures was of me with the same haircut. She only got it partially right. Not too happy, but it was towards the end of the day, and she seemed like she was just filling in some dead time until her appointment got there. I'm there to get a haircut. Not to be cut. Just a typical day, want to keep my hair short. Nothing fancy, #2 side and back with straight line. The person cut my hair today was a guy with a ponytail, skinny. It's not even about skill, but the service really suck. The overall time was probably less than 15 minutes which was shorter than my wait time. As long it get the job done, why matter. However, he really didn't seem to bother or in a super rush. There no one behind me waiting. So idk what's up. Maybe lunch time ? When he took the apron off me, I thought it's for shampoo. Since I got the shampoo and cut service. But nope. He send me straight to the cash out. Maybe it just a cut service only they offered ?? Nope. Got charged for shampoo and cut service. I probably should say something but I didn't want to bother with the trouble. Maybe just a bad day for him. So I left the place with like hair all around me. Yep. The guy didn't bother even to make an effort. Shave. Apron off. Payment time. To make it worst. I starting to feel my back burning as I walking toward my car. So I took some pictures of my back. I have been here several times usually I come here or go to a near by barber shop. Today we decided to bring the family so two adults and two kids, the wait was well over an hour and every time I come here the wait is long no matter what time like this is the only barber shop in the area. They were very professional today and took good care of my sons and my wife and me but the prices and wait here is ridiculous I tried to avoid this place but being later in the evening it was about the only place open. I have email and complain about the wait here before only to receive an email with an apology no coupon or free hair cut they rather loose business here then keep costumers. read more

Back in November2021 I had my hair done in Miami and the stylist did not deliver what I was asking for. I scheduled an appointment with Anne Marie from the Casselbery location to basically fix the job. Needless to say, I am soooooo happy with the results. She delivered everything I had hoped for and was a such a sweet stylist as well. Check out the end results!! My hair had turned orange because of coloring with esalon (using a dark blonde). Lindsey did a color correction to remove all the orange and add very natural highlights. I will be returning and also referred to friends and family on Facebook. read more

I have been going here for a few years now. I don't have a specific hair stylist, so I have had just about everyone of them cut my hair. They are always friendly and there is rarely ever any of that "awkward silence" while the lady/man snips away at your hair. They have an executive package that I fall for every time. It is $6 more than a normal haircut but you get a 10 minute head massage. Almost puts me to sleep. Totally worth the $6! I never ask for it though because I feel weird basically saying give me a scalp massage to a hair stylist! Haha. read more

I went for a wash, cut and blow. I brought in a picture of the cut I wanted and I got a cut that was similar but shorter than I requested.
