When I booked my appointment I had asked a question in the comments section and they answered back within the hour, great communication and first impression. But the actual front of the building has the business name. Angela asked me questions about my routine and what I would like to do with my hair, then she gave me her advise of what I should do for the best results. I had no idea what to expect from a Devacut but it's actually a very cool process of cutting each curl dry so your natural curls all work together. By the end of the appointment she had educated me on how to treat my curls for the future and different methods to get different results. It was a great learning experience and my hair is 100x better than when I started. One thing as a side note that I liked was the washing stations room, there was a water fall wall with dimmed lights and soothing music.
