She did a nice job on my hair but it's honestly not worth her expensive prices. $200 for cut and balayage I was better off going to a reputable salon in Providence. When she was done styling me, I stood up and the entire back of my shirt was bleached. She took zero responsibility and put the blame on me, extremely unprofessional. Didn't bother to offer me a discount even after I bought $100 worth of products to invest in my hair. To top it all off, immediately after I left she posted on her Instagram story about a sale the next day and all products would be 50% off. Thanks for the details considering we talked about how I work in the building and definitely would of popped in to save on some product and even grabbed extras.
