That's called class. However, recently I booked an appointment with them and went in for said appointment; which is 40 minutes away from my home only to be publicly humiliated. I was seated in the consultation chair in the middle of the salon thinking she was going to start but instead I was told very loudly in front of staff and clients that their products don't mesh well with my type of hair and that no one wants to touch my hair. It was very embarrassing, it was cruel, I felt so discriminated. Needless to say I will not be going back to that salon but it goes to show you that regardless of how loyal and kind you are to people, sometimes people are just not the same. The service is always good. Everyone is friendly here. I like how most people cut the hair. I think they ladies that used to cut the hair however they wanted... Are gone. I've seen the personnel change often and I've tried someone different all the time. I kinda didn't like that 1 or 2 hairdressers there seem to smoke a lot and when they cut your hair... Their hands smell a lot. I do not smoke and the smell is not pleasant to me. I tried to ignore it a few times but like I said before... I am a regular now. I don't mind if they smoke on their breaks or such but when you are getting a haircut and they have their hands around your face... It gets you. I'm sure they can do something about this. In the winter they will offer to take your coat or offer you coffee or tea while you wait for your appointment. The salon is very modern and very clean and kept up really nicely. I enjoy going and even though was in pain from the electrolysis, the staff made sure I was as comfortable as I could have been.
