Other complimentary features included a hand massage and beverages on offer. The cut took a bit longer than some do, but given the circumstances, with a young stylist, I was fine with that. The moment you walk in they take your coat and offer you a beverage (coffee, tea, water). Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I'm not sure about walking in because I've always made appointments to avoid having to wait or being turned away because they can get busy. Downside is that it is located downtown and parking is always a pain. You also never know who you're gonna get so you won't know how good or experienced they are or how long they will take. But you can always request the same student or stylist if you're comfortable with that one person. I've had a fairly new student before who needed quite a lot of guidance from a senior stylist but I was fine with it. She did a good job and the stylist was great at teaching.
