Firstly, she will over charge you and come up with prices on the spot that are ridiculously expensive. For example to do a keratin treatment it was 200$ the first two times. Then, the third time (a year later) she said it's 400$ and I told her about how much I paid last time she charge 200 and she said no it wasn't. However I know for a fact I wouldn't pay more since 200 is a lot already! Secondly, the quality of the services she provide is hit or miss but only miss toward the last 5 appointments. She is not good at cutting curly hair and with balayage with darker hair she always left it orange for me and others i've witnessed. I found she is good in the beginning when she was trying to impress a new client and get us to come back but over time she over charged and under performed. Some of it depends on the number of people and whether she is rushing to finish you for the next person which happened a lot! She can split the attention of your appointment with other people if you book on weekends which isn't the end of the world but isn't pleasant and can feel like she isn't paying attention to what she is doing. Lastly but most importantly; the overcharging got out of hand and was taken advantaging of us being regulars. She would come up with a random price and each time it started getting more expensive and once I planned to color my hair she told me 180-250 and then it was over 300. Simply put, it was WAY overpriced since I have paid half or almost half for every service I had at the salon at my new salon. (never got a receipt and was always asked to pay cash) The service wasn't great and the quality was varied.

When he doesn't like something about me, his tenant he tells all his clients and friends. He talks very loud and arguementive. He is a slumlord he do not fix anything in my apartment. A very nasty man. When I moved in his place I loved it and there were no sign of any kind of rodents. I moved in his building march 2019. The end of August 2019 I started notice the mice feces and the mice was eating though everything in the drawer.i also was seeing mi e feces under the kitchen sink as well. I stay in the weekend of October 4, 2019 in Chicago and my Brother passed away on the fifth of October and when I got home I notice that the mice ate though my bread. Remind when I first moved there was no sign of mice or any rodents. I reported it to the landlord. He brought up a hugh animal and sit it in front of the kitchen sink. He told me that should take care of the problem. Guess what it didn't and he never come back to my apartment to resolve that issue to this day. That's just one of the issues. This summer he only turned on the air the first couple of days of month and he collect rent he turns it off. If me or my pregnant daughter had asthma we would have suffocated in our sleep. Now there is inadequate heat. By Illinois law the landlords are required to turn the heat on the 15th day of October. That didn't happen. My pregnant daughter and I were really cold in this apartment. Also a result my pregnant started getting sick because of inadequate heating. This is way to much and he wants to collect rent on the first of the month. Unhappy family in wrong home and a landlord with a lack of empathy

I had no idea what to expect but she was a referral from someone I trust and that was enough for me. The shop is located in a small strip mall in downtown Bartlett. Its clean and always busy! Gianna has been the only one I have had cut my hair at this salon, but I see the work of the other stylists when I'm there, and they all do great work. You will see a lot of people hug and kiss the owner when they come and go. Obviously people have been coming here forever! Their pricing is totally reasonable and that's coming from someone who doesn't care to spend a lot of money on hair cuts. I don't color my hair so I don't know what they charge for that, but I see a lot of people getting their color done while I'm there for my cut and dry. I'm very committed when it comes to certain things. There is one person at my nail place that I allow to do my nails. I went to my old girl for haircuts for almost 9 years before she stopped cutting hair and followed her from one salon to another. I go to one mechanic and one mechanic only. I order pizza religiously from the same place. I buy my jeans from the same store ALWAYS, without exception. And finally, when I find someone that cuts my hair exactly the way I want and respects me and my need for perfection, I stick with them. Gianna does this every time! Call and make yourself an appointment. Give them a shot. You won't be disappointed!
