The stylist said she could lighten it or have an all over color done. I chose to have the all over color as I did not want to damage my hair again. The all over color was free of charge. I called the manager and asked if I could get refunded, even just the difference between the balayage and the single color. I paid $130 to have my hair look the same as it did before BUT now DAMAGED and PATCHY because of the areas that were lightened. I will now have to continue coloring my hair when it fades.
