I used Extravagant Services on 11/12/2022 for a platinum package detail on a Porsche SUV. I dropped…read morethe vehicle off at 10AM and got it back at 6PM, in the dark. Upon inspecting the vehicle the next day in light it was evident that nearly nothing was done that was paid for. There was a tremendous amount of dirt and grime in the car, along with greasy detail protectant that was sprayed everywhere in the car (including on the Porsche leather) seats/ carpets weren't shampooed (which I specifically asked him to do). Engine wasn't degreased, wax was not applied (that he removed from his website after I complained), car wasn't even vacuumed, just a substandard wipe down and protectant sprayed on EVERYTHING including the front windshield. I messaged Kendrick and told him how dissatisfied with the work (or lack thereof) that was preformed and that I no longer trusted his ability to do the job correctly. He texted back and said, " I can completely understand. I didn't feel good about you detail myself. Yesterday was a busy day and i don't have good lights in my shop yet so I understand. What can I do to make it right?" Look at the pics and tell me if you would trust this person to touch your car again. I certainly wouldn't. When I sent him photos of the car and the poor work I said, "I mean no disrespect to you, but I can't allow a redo by your shop after paying for your best package and getting this:". He became aggressive and had the audacity to tell me that they were "before" pics and there's "no way" he would've let the car leave like that. Well he absolutely did. I offered to bring the car back so he could see the poor job that he did in person or do a live video with him, and that I'm simply trying to find a resolution, but he proceeded to tell me things like, "I'm done talking to you about it man go find you another detailer." And proceeded to call me "insulting" and "disrespectful". I ended up having to take the vehicle to a professional detailer to have all his sloppy work fixed, two days later. Even they commented on the lack of attention to DETAIL. If you want a job to be done well (or done at all), DO NOT go to this shop. I'll be bringing this to small claims court and filing a compliant with BBB, so if anyone else reading this has had a similar experience please contact me.

They drove our car obviously quite a bit while we had it with them because the gas tank was almost completely empty , but had we delivered it with over half a tank. They charged 800 dollars over the estimate without calling to get prior approval. The work they did was very half assed, & bad quality. Never got called with updates as the car was in the shop for about a month. I strongly recommend finding someone else. This was a horrible experience for me and my family. (still costing us time and more money because I now have to go somewhere else to get it fixed correctly.) I had to put a one on the star rating. I would've put -5 if i could.

I read some horror stories about blowing up garages and homes from painting cars and didn't know what to do as i had already prepped for paint. I was looking desperately for a safe place to spray my car when i came across an old forum and found a one that said there was a place in Arvada that rented booths. I new it was a long shot for renting a booth as there aren't any companies that rented them but decided to call the number for the Body Works Custom Painting and i left a message stating that i was looking for a booth and to my surprise Steve called me back a few days later. He said he could rent me their booth for a reasonable price and we set a date when i could paint my car. I was excited but kind of nervous to paint my car because i hadn't painted in over 30 years but needed to paint it so i set the date for the rental. When it came time for me to spray my car i got there bright and ready. It was all masked and ready to go but i had my reservations about my ability to paint successfully and got the idea to ask them what they could paint my car and Justin gave me a price and decided right then to have them paint it for me. I figured i would have to come back another day to have it painted but Justin asked their terrific spray man Marc if he could squeeze me in. Marc said he could paint it that same day. I couldn't believe they could do it that day because Justin said they were booked through September. Well Marc gave me an awesome paint job and it came out Beautifully. So to sum up - THe Staff at Body Works Custom Painting painted my old Subaru as if it were a custom job and treated me with great kindness and if you can get them to do your car take it. Went to several auto body shops that said it was bad damage and would take weeks to repair, cost multiple thousands of dollars, and wouldn't get to the job for 2-3 more months. It was mentioned that adjacent fender panels would also have to be replaced to achieve proper alignment. One shop said the entire front bumper had to be replaced. The price estimates were quite high. I finally found Rogers Dent. They said initially the damage wasn't that bad and would only need the car for a couple of days. They were confident the repair would look great again and the price was very reasonable. I accepted this estimate and they scheduled me in 5 days. The guys were very polite and professional. This shop is terrific place.

The 1 fender replaced came loose and I had to fix it myself. All work performed by the mechanic had to be fixed (as well as apart ending up Mia and not reimbursed). Paint was the only thing done close to acceptable. Paint was evenly applied, but inside door jams and tailgate were not touched. Overall the value of my 71 sprint was demenished, not improved. There is a lawsuit headed their way. If Miguel's work matched his gift of gab, it would have been sensational work. But that is not the case. Again, could not be more unsatisfied with the poor quality of work. He was all about maxing out my claim, but not to put it into quality of work. I wouldn't refer this shop to someone I disliked. Everything that could go wrong, did. No way this shop would still be in buisness if not for them having rich friends backing them. WORST classic bodyshop imaginable. Words can only skim the surface of how horrible this experience was. I have never regreted a choice of hire more than this shop in all my years of conducting buisness. Do yourself afavor and dont let his gift of gab fool you into being taken advantage of. ​​
