I have had three vehicles repaired by hailfighters after two different storms. My experiences were largely positive. This is a small shop that has a large shop customer base. You are not going to have an easy time getting on their calendar. Larger shops not only have more capacity for completing work, they've got more parking and are comfortable letting your car rot on their lot waiting for them to get to it. Hailfighters is a small shop with limited capacity for parking cars. The result is they'll get you in when they can actually start the work.
If I could wave a magic wand and change one thing about my experiences, it would be scheduling. And I'm not talking about their customers cars. I'm talking about themselves. All three vehicles they repaired had one negative experience in common. My insurer became frustrated scheduling estimates only to show up to a closed shop.
That all said, work was fantastic and customer service was superb, lack of regular hours and scheduling issues aside. read more
