When I picked up my vehicle, there were several issues. There was a scratch on one of the rear panels, I found a bag of McDonalds in the back and my floor mats were dirty. When I inquired about the technician that was working on my vehicle, I found out that the gentleman was neither certified or experienced with Mercedes-Benz. I've been bringing the same truck from high school to Artisan Motors for regular scheduled maintenance up to this day. I kid you not, 197,000 miles later, the truck feels hardly any different in its ride quality since 1996! I owe much of that to Allen and Don's handy work. These guys won't B.S. you or give you the run around. They'll tell you flat out what's wrong and what you can do to prevent it. Nothing more, nothing less. Their pricing is reasonable and they have a good turn around time for the labor. There was a lot of issues with my car in terms of trim, fixing a messed up quarter panel, custom fiberglass bodykit, frp hood (which was very wavy and in bad condition), etc. and they worked with the harsh conditions I provided them. I was originally told 3-4 weeks which I thought was very quick for it not being insurance work. I let them know to take as long as they needed to make it look good. They ended up taking a couple weeks longer than that but I could tell it was because he wanted to make sure it came out amazing and just how I wanted it. Also a side note, the owner would provide me with updates via photo and let me stop by whenever to look at the car. He even FaceTimed me so I can see what they were working on at the time and showed me some of the struggles they had to deal with in fixing my bad hood. Accident happened on the weekend and Mike took the car in on the weekend while all other body shops I contacted couldn't. Mike took care of all the insurance adjuster communication so I didn't have to be distracted from work and family to take care of one more headache. With two weeks, the car was back shining again. Mike gave us one year warranty on the repair free of charge. When we found there's some small problems with the operation, Mike took the car right back in based on my availability. They replaced my brake pads and fixed all the other Honda Accord's noises issues which I've been bothered for over a year in just a little over an hour. All noises problems are gone, and the price was reasonable. They're good, reliable people who work hard to get your car fixed. I'll definitely be going back there for other services as well. I highly recommend this shop if you need help with your car.
