This is for the Collision Center After an accident from someone not paying attention and plowing into the back of our car on 544, we had a mess of medical issues to deal with and trying to figure out what to do with the car was rough. It was drivable, but messed up pretty bad. Hadwin-White was recommended by a mechanic friend. The at-fault insurance was playing phone tag and difficult to get ahold of so we stopped in to talk to the Collision Center. The girl at the front desk took one look at us and the car and got on the phone. She kicked some serious a** to get someone on the line from the insurance company to get the approval to take the car AND get us a rental. Then she called Enterprise, got us a rental pickup, and they took care of everything from there. The Geico rep made sure we had our rental long enough to get another vehicle, plus referred us to their site to help us find another. I was hugely inconvenienced by wrecking my own car and not having rental on my insurance coverage. I had my wife's vehicle repaired at Hadwin White Collision center! Awesome team to work with. Brittany and Bob called and kept me and my wife informed as to what was going on with her vehicle. The care and concern that Brittany showed my wife was great! My wife had a horrible experience with a shop up north when she was in an accident and the only thing the shop was concerned with was the estimate and the dollar amount. Brittany really showed care and concern for my wife's well being and that speaks volumes to me. We have had a great experience purchasing our 2015 Subaru Forester and have continued to have our car serviced here despite the dealership being nearly 1 hour away. Brandon, the service writer is so patient, courteous and accommodating. He keeps us posted of everything going on and always makes time for questions. The dealership also sends coupons and discounts that can be used for routine maintenance and even complimentary coupons for trip checks before travel. Recently I had my Expedition repaired at Hadwin White's body shop through my insurance company. The repairs are flawless! Brittany kept me updated while my car was there. It took a little longer than I anticipated but at no fault of the shops. Great Collision Center! Im from Florida and got into an accident in Myrtle Beach while on a fishing trip. My truck got fixed quick and I was well informed with the whole time.
