Do not bring your car here they will do a hack job just like their name. I brought my car in for a one day job that turned into 5 days. Then they had the audacity to Bill my insurance (rental wasn't suppose to go through insurance) for the extra days and charge me for the rental car. Just horrible majorly incompetent!!!!!! read more

When I found out AAA had an "approved" vendor right here in Pacifica I decided to give Hacks a try. I could not be more pleased with the results. Jayme in the front office took incredible care of me - from scheduling, setting me up with a rental and making sure I got a mini-van rental so I wouldn't miss a field trip. They completed the work in half the time estimated and my bumper looks great. Extra bonus was finding my car washed and vacuumed! read more

Took my car there after it was suggested to me by my insurance company. Long story short, after I got the car back the first time, I noticed that not all damage was repaired. Took it back again, and after getting it back again, I was immediately told by their employee that she had noticed imperfections in the clear coat work that they did, and she said I would have to bring it back a third time. I then really examined the car and found that the paint blending was not properly done and that the re-painted areas just plain didn't match. I had an insurance adjuster come out, and she agreed that the work all needed to be re-done. I then took the car to another body shop to re-do all of the work, and in the process they found parts (connecting hardware and similar) on my car that had clearly been broken by Hack's when they had the car. The staff was friendly and nice, but the work was horrible. Especially when I made it clear that I was passionate about my car and would be going over everything with a fine tooth comb. Maybe I just had bad luck with them, as they have many favorable reviews, but I will never be going back. read more

Hack's took my car in on MY schedule, got it done BEFORE they said they would, charged me a VERY reasonable price, did a good job. What more can I possibly ask? Nice! read more

I've chosen this place because of the stars. I was scared but gave it a try. I am absolutely happy I made this decision! I was helped by Oliver. Amazing gentleman with so much knowledge of what he was doing and walked me through the whole process. The work done on my car was OUTSTANDING! I have a beautiful Audi A3 in brilliant red. My car after repaired looked brand new. I'd totally come back. I trust this company 100%. read more

Sorry a little late on my GREAT review of Hacks Auto Body. Hacks did a fantastic job on my 2013 Honda. The hood was damaged and they fixed it like it never happened. You would never know I was in a little mishap. So happy with the work on my car. Ellie at the front desk is very professional with great customer service. read more

I really like these guys. I had some major damage that insurance covered about a year ago, and they did a great job. Today, the plastic around my window had popped off and I went in to see what they would charge to get it back on for me. They didn't charge me a penny! I really appreciate it, and thus am giving them a good review! read more

Great service and a quick turnaround. They gave me a ride home after I dropped off my car and when I picked it up it was cleaner than when I left it. Highly recommended. read more

Great service! Old school in the best ways. I took a Dodge Durango there many years ago for a bumper repair on my dime. They did a great job and returned the car, not only repaired, but cleaned. The thing I remembered about them was they even made the brake dust caked rims shiny and clean. Going the extra mile and showing pride in their work. The other day, when I made a mistake and cleaned a small section of the truck with something too abrasive... I really made a mess, scuffed the finish to dull matte... I took it there to see if they could do something about it. They took care of it (machine polish and buff) and had me out of there in 20 minutes. I couldn't believe it. That and they did it with a smile and genuine friendliness. They're one of the business that has on more than one occasion earned my loyalty. For auto body work, this is my shop of choice. read more

My family has been using Hacks for our auto body needs for as long as I can remember (30 years?). My father is a car nut and SUPER picky. He won't hesitate to point out things other people would never notice and have a shop re-do it. He thinks Hacks is the best. They've always been super nice to me. One time someone hit my bumper and messed up the paint. I brought it to Hacks, and they just buffed it out. No charge! How cool is that? read more

I had my car repaired this week at Hack's. It could not have been a better experience, with the exception of the person who hit my car in a parking lot, not leaving a note. They have a partnership with my insurance company and the claim, repair and car rental went very smoothly. The work is beautiful and their customer service was as good as it gets. Thanks! read more

Needed a bumper replaced and was assisted by Ian. Received an estimate via email within minutes after leaving. Brought car in on Monday and was ready by noon Wednesday of same week. Hacks did a great job - can't even notice it was a replaced bumper. Paint matched the old car paint. Had tail light replaced also. Received car vacuumed and washed! Ellie handles the front desk and she provides excellent customer service with a smile. She kept us updated with progress of the car. read more

These guys are incredible: professional, responsive, accommodating and kept me up to date on repair work timing. And high quality work. Did body work on an old 1993 bmw and it looks like new. Also provided electrical services on my lights for a song. Friendly, and know their stuff. So happy to have them nearby. read more

Unprofessional. Don't honor business hours. I called in advance and was told to bring my car by before 5pm the next day for something that probably could've taken 10-15 to fix. So I did - arriving at 4:30 the next day. But I was denied service because: "the guys are leaving early today. Can you bring your car back another time?" I said I couldn't bring my car back and that I was told yesterday to come by before 5pm. **Be professional + don't waste people's time!** read more

Excellent service! Professional, helpful, and reliable! Car looks great and they are truly full service!

Unmatched customer service!! Called three places prior to getting in touch with Ian from Hack's Auto and right off the bat he was very helpful & trusting. Within a 5-min phone call he shared a handful of solutions, provided vendor recommendations, shared price ranges, and told me to come right in. He went above and beyond doing a job that they don't normally do and the work he did is fantastic. Thank you Ian for the great experience, I'll be back when necessary! Hats go off to you and the Hack's Auto team. read more

Ian Woolworth is a magician! Under Buget and ahead of schedule! Great Service! Don't take your project anywhere else!!!!

All of the folks at Hacks have been fantastic to work with. I have been using Hack's for years now, but most recently needed work done on my Honda Odyssey. From working with the front desk and managers (Ian) to getting the work done on time, and on budget, was amazing. It's hard to know who to trust as I'm not mechanical, but everyone I've dealt with (Dam, Ian, etc) have been really helpful, overly explain the plan and ideas to fix my vehicle and are willing to troubleshoot issues so that they can find a solution. From mechanical issues, electrical to body work, Hack's came through for me. I highly recommend working with Hacks if you need a great auto body repair shop. read more

Ian at Hack's is such a nice guy! He's a trustworthy businessman and Hack's Auto Body is a great asset to the Pacifica community (and beyond). I highly recommend Hack's! read more

I am a Pacifica resident of 35 years & immediately think of Hacks Auto when it comes to auto body repair, they've been around a long time! Recently I needed a second opinion on the damage estimate to my car. Ian was so considerate & knowledgeable. He took the time to listen, check my car & even drove it in order to hear "the rattling" I highly recommend this shop on excellent service, work & all around experience...Above & beyond service! read more

Ian fixed the hole in my roof in 2 days and saved me the cost of replacing the entire roof!

I was involved in a hit and run, I called Hacks and they took my car immediately and worked with my insurance directly. Took about 2 weeks to get my car back and they did amazing! My car looks amazing and the whole process was seamless. They called me every Tuesday and Thursday with updates, they also knew I really needed my car back and rushed at the finish line to make that happen and even got my car back cleaned inside and out. Very happy with my choice and will definitely will use them again (hoping I won't have to) read more

The team at Hack's is amazing! Over the last month they have taken care of all three of our vehicles. Two of them were insurance claims and one was damage we paid for out-of-pocket. They were friendly, helpful, called often to keep us updated on the status of our vehicles and when our insurance company try to get over on us day went above and beyond to ensure that our insurance company did the right thing. I highly recommend them to anybody who needs body work done on vehicles and wants excellent customer service! Thank you Ellie and Ian! read more

Took the car down for an estimate. Jesus twice what I got it done for. Guy came out bored and uninterested in the problem,. When he found out it was not insurance work they didn;'t really care. First this lady came out and talked to me for 20 minutes. Then the estimator came out and they wanted the car for 3 weeks. Skip, run and just say fk no! read more

I had my 2006 Cobalt into this shop and there was a small problem after they returned the car. I gave them a call and I was treated great. They had me bring the car back and it was fixed in a day or so. Great customer service and the car is 100%. Thank you for your great service! read more

Honest, quick, and reliable. They do what they say they are going to do, and they do it right. I asked a half dozen people where I should have my car repaired, and they all said Hack's. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. read more

Being a local Pacifica resident looking for roof restoration on my Ford van was hoping for a reputable auto body shop in town to do that job. Well I am happy to say Hack's painting crew made my Van roof body work and paint job came out like it was as new. And I was given a fair and reasonable quote for that task. Washed and cleaned when completed on time ,made us a happy customer. read more

I could go on and on but suffice to say that I picked up my 17 year old Jaguar today after a fender bender and it looks just like the day it came off of the showroom floor. They matched up the paint flawlessly. They are a joy to deal with and go the extra mile. My insurance company suggested using Hacks and as a longtime resident I knew they had a stellar reputation so did not hesitate. So happy with their service! read more

Just wanted to give a shout out to Ian and the team at Hacks. They took really good care of my beloved 2001 Chevy truck that got rear-ended. It was given to me by my late dad so keeping it was really important to me. Ian took care of all the insurance hassles and the truck looks better now than it did before the accident. Thanks for the fast work! read more

Have a 56 Chevy Bel Air that had a rock thrown against the drivers side door leaving a large dent and some scratches. Dealt with Sean who was outstanding. The only worry on my part was the matching the paint. Should have not spent the time worrying. Sean and crew did an excellent job of making the car look like new again!!!! Would recommend Hacks highly! read more

GREAT JOB on my Lexus RX350. I've used Hacks on other cars and had the opportunity to use them again this week. Ian, Allie and the entire staff are Outstanding. They are professional, friendly, courteous and found that they are reasonably priced. I treat my cars as if they are family and would not trust any other body shop with it. My car was hit and had some minor damage to the door. A couple of people I talked to recommended Hacks and said they had done a good job on their cars. They had also recently fixed the bumper on my parents car and did a good job. So I brought my car there, and unfortunately, I was not so satisfied. Within a day of dropping my car off I recieved a phone call that my car was finished. Only it wasn't finished! The bottom of the door was still dented in pretty badly. So I took it back and after a few days they called me and said it was fixed. I picked it up in the afternoon and everything looked ok. The next morning I went to work, and when I came out for my lunch the sun was out and I noticed all the swirl marks in the paint on my door! It looked horrible! Oh and not to forget that someone didn't put my door seal on correctly because when the car went 60 mph or more it had the most annoying air leak that I had to listen to all the way to Reno that weekend. When I got home from my vacation, I brought it back for them to fix. This time when I got it back the paint looked better, but the seal on my door was ruined. It has a hole in it at the top of the door and is starting to shred. I didn't even bother to call because I was already frustrated with the place and I figured they wouldn't be able to put a new one on correctly anyway. So I'm sure I will be replacing the door seal on my BRAND NEW CAR soon! I must say that the lady in the office is really nice and helpful though! read more
