I have brought my car here countless times for everything from dents to replacing entire panels. They are always very professional and actually remember me and my car. I have had the same body issue with my minivan now three times - the passenger side scrapes along something in a tight right turn and the whole side gets smushed. The first two times I got it fixed at Hack's. We ended up going through insurance, paying the deductible, and Hack's made it a smooth process. They had ideas and helpful tips for saving me time and money. It's been many years now, and this last time I scraped my passenger side - I am just not going to replace the panels because the car isn't worth the value of repair. But, the sliding door was stuck closed! When I came to Hack's to troubleshoot the issue, three mechanics and two office staff came to check it out - including one of the owners. They realized they could simply cut a few wires and then at least the door could be opened and closed manually! They didn't even charge me this time. I took my car here for some cosmetic repairs on the front of my car, and wow, they did an amazing Job! They got me in within a few days of calling, which is amazing. Within a three weeks, they got the car running very well with the computers/cameras fixed and the door/window working again! The paint looks 100% identical to the rest of the car and it looks how I bought it back in 2015. The staff here is very friendly and informational. I got several calls regularly to update me on the progress of my vehicle. There are only two things I would caution anyone who goes here to do: 1. Use a checkbook 2. They had a fast turnaround, but expect between 2-3 weeks. Regardless, I highly recommend them, and I will definitely come here again. Five stars~ read more

Hack's Auto Body has previously worked miracles for my mother and me, so I'm glad to be able to write a review regarding my most recent experience with them. My 2011 Ford Fiesta SES wound up with some unsightly dents and scratches on its front bumper cover after I had the misfortune of running into and over a car bumper, which had been inexplicably sitting in the middle of a freeway traffic lane with no car attached to it. A ten-year old Fiesta is more of an appliance than a car one feels passionately about, and the market value on a car like that is such that a lot of people wouldn't want to sink much money into cosmetic repairs. So I was tempted to just drive the thing as-is, but... Driving a car with unrepaired cosmetic damage sends a message. Right or wrong, it causes people to form conscious or unconscious opinions about you-- to make assumptions about whether you have your act together, whether you're a person of financial means, etc, etc. I knew I would just feel better about life if I got the thing fixed. As humble as a Fiesta is, driving one in great condition is better than tooling around in one that's a beater. So I brought the car to Hack's, and they not only replaced that front bumper cover, but also did a flawless job of painting it so the color perfectly matches the rest of the car. And they got the job done with an insanely quick turnaround time. I've always believed any time your car needs body or paint work, you've got to be prepared for the shop to hold on to it for a while. But Hack's got the job done exactly when they said they would, and the results certainly didn't look rushed. Top Notch all the way. From the greeting at the front desk to scheduling, very streamlined and quick. They assessed my vehicle and we made an appointment to get the work done. They are busy, (good sign) so the appointment was a couple of weeks out, not a problem for me. Dropped off the vehicle on a Monday morning, and was called by Peter on Tuesday with an update. Peter is very thorough and explains things and answered all my questions. He said my car was on schedule to be ready on Friday of the same week. Peter called me again on the Thursday before with another update, my car would in fact be ready the next day:-)!!!!! I love the updates letting you know what is going on and when you can expect to get your car back. I've had experiences where I had to keep calling places to get the status. Not here, they are on top of it. However, an issue developed. I was not able to leave work early due to lack of staffing and I could not figure out how I was going to get there before closing.......I asked Peter if someone would still be there after hours for a while, but, due to the fact that I literally live 0.6 miles away from the shop, Peter offered to have the vehicle dropped off at my home. WOW. WHAT SERVICE! I'm certain they cannot offer this to everyone due to logistics, but it really helped me out. I just had to pay the bill over the phone and we'd be set! I got home to my beautiful car in the driveway looking like perfection. Overall it was a wonderful experience after a not so pleasant accident. I would definitely return to Hacks if need be, of course I have no immediate plans, but things happen. Hack's is the best! They do wonderful work for a great price. I would not go anywhere else. Now for the back story....I had a some damage from two different minor accidents and kept putting off having the work done on the car. I was paying for it myself so my insurance would not go up. Early in the pandemic, I foolishly let one of these guys who comes by your house do a quick and relatively cheap repair (which cost me $500). This guy banged out a big dent in the front driver side of the car and painted a huge swath of the car a color that did not match the rest of my beautiful dyno blue civic. Even worse, he got the non-matching blue paint on a black mud flap and the hood of the car which was not damaged at all. And he carelessly sanded portions of black trim that were not damaged. Needless to say, I was extremely unhappy because the damage was worse AFTER he was through "fixing" it. I took the car to Hack's and embarrassingly told Ian what happened and pointed out all the damage. He said no problem (and reassured me I wasn't the first person to be taken In by one of these drive-by guys). Ian and crew did a magnificent job of repairing everything. The car looks brand new. And given all that they had to do, I thought the price was very reasonable. Certainly a better value than the botched job that I threw away $500 on. read more

I've been to many auto body shops in my 50 years and this is the absolute worst. We brought our car in for a simple bumper replacement. They failed to get it right after 3 times going. 1st time. Cheap off market bumper that showed noticeable gaps by the lights and the color that didn't match 2nd time. Toyota bumper, that they damaged with chips and dents and still no color match. 3rd time. Left all the damage, repainted and still couldn't match. The entire time they lied through their teeth. This place is scum. Worst experience possible. AAA recommended must be because AAA gets something out of it cause this shop is horrible and will make you want to sell your car. I just hope they didn't steal or replace anything they were not supposed to. But I feel they probably did. Thief's and liars Go anywhere else. read more

These guys were awesome! I came by with a smashed side mirror, and Peter, the general manager, made time immediately to check it out. He determined that it might not need a full replacement of the mirror unit, and he brought some tools out to pop some of the plastic elements back in, then advised me how to order the mirror glass only instead of the whole unit. Remember back in the day when your dad was on his forth tour in Nam and you learned to fend for yourself? Remember that one garage that had that one mechanic who always helped you because he could tell just by looking at you that helping you was a good deed? I revisited those years moments ago today when the left side foot peg bracket snapped in half on my motorcycle. I called a local auto body place, Hacks, and a very pleasant fellow named Sean said come on in. Sean took one look at me, my droopy foot peg and dragged out his MIG welder and fixed my bracket in seconds and for free. I literally was taken back in time to those fatherless days due to my dads job keeping him in a war zone when local adults just seemed to know this ratty looking feral kid needed a boost up. I'm talking Old School Days when people just did right by each other. The garage is called HACK'S AUTO BODY and the supervisor, Sean, who helped me out reminded me of those years my dad was away and of those guys that always stepped up to help a sorry looking kid with the small stuff: like a flat tire or bent handle bar . I felt compelled to share this little experience today because it speaks volumes to the staff and craftsmen at Hacks. And especially to Sean who is an Old Schooler of the highest order.
