Employee on the phone continued to interrupt me and refused to let me talk. They state that their billing system doesn't allow for them to send out payment reminders or schedules. You have to keep your original agreement and keep track of what months you've paid on your own. My monthly payment amount changed once and I didn't even get a notification on that. Called twice before end of business hours to check that they were being sent and was told it would be there in a couple of hours. Pharmacy confirmed they received nothing. I may be a 66 year old, getting by with Social Security, but my faculties are sharp enough to know when I'm being scammed. I wouldn't have come to their business if I was told the FULL price I had to pay. Me and my wife recently moved back to the area, because the cost of living where we were did not equal the meager wages we earned, and I was forced to turn to Social Security in order to survive. We don't have permanent housing, and are living with what we can to get by. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Afdent Dental, due to the shady methodology that enticed me to fall into a further negative financial standing. If they had been more forthcoming with the financial requirements, it could have been a more positive experience - one that could have benefited both parties.
