The loaves of bread looked so enticing, right there as you're waiting to order, it was hard not to buy one yet. We came by for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The fresh made menu is small but I enjoyed not having to pick between 30 different options on 10 pages. Even then I had a hard time deciding between the biscuits and gravy and the breakfast sandwich. Ultimately the gentleman ahead of us in line recommended the B&G so that's what I got (a half order anyway). My father ordered the croissant and egg sandwich and my husband ordered the eggs Bennie. I don't think we waited more than 10 minutes for food. My B&G were very good, it was a slightly different biscuit than I expected but I still really liked it, it had kind of a buttery-crisp crust on it (think almost grilled cheese exterior). Very good. My husband enjoyed his benedict but my father felt the croissant sandwich was missing something flavor-wise but to be fair he admitted his taste buds aren't what they used to be now that he's 83. The outside area looked inviting, it was a nice enough day we should have sat out there. The staff were friendly and happy and quick. It was nice to see they had publications to read while you wait or games (kids and adults). Definitely returning!

Springfield Data Recovery - A case we recovered in our Class 100 cleanroom. Computer store told this client the data was "gone forever". We do the impossible every day.

I hadn't planned on spending that much, but I was happy to do it. Free shipping both ways and new media for the recovered data. I was pleased with the results.

I contacted this company based on a business card provided by a trusted local nonprofit. The card…read moreadvertised a flat rate for data recovery which is why I refused the other quote I had that was three times higher. Despite that, the business refused to honor the price because it was 'over a year old'. They then also refused to even take the job because I was frustrated over their false advertising. In addition, their listing on Google states "From the owner: Offering flat rate recovery with a 48 hour turnaround". So this company, who wants customers to trust them with private data, doesn't even update their Google listing for over a year. Finally, after I offered to meet in the middle at a higher price, I was still told to take my business elsewhere. They also told me that even if they did quote a flat rate that they would just tell the customer their data wasn't recoverable instead of taking the loss on that item. In other words, they are more than willing to waste a customer's time - and increase their frustration in an already stressful situation - rather than just run an honest business. Yeah, in the end, I am likely to pay more than that advertised flat rate, but if this company has just not done a bait & switch, I would have had my data by now instead of wasting yet another week trying to get local support.
