There are many local food options in the Goldenrod/Colonial area, but they all close early. Habibi Halal is a rare exception, and will save you from having to go to McDonalds or some other mediocre fast food restaurant for late night grub. Signature box could make a grown man cry. The truck is in the parking lot of a gas station which means you can buy beer, gas, and street meat all in the same lot. If that's not the American dream idk what is

Mac & Cheese was awful, & the lamb over rice is OK. They try to aim for NY style but nothing really compares tbh.

Soy Garlic is by far my fave. The staff is always friendly, the establishment is always clean and they are pretty quick when it comes to service. The outside approach I have to say a little bit shanty and run down. The public sidewalk was off-limits because of construction, so the approach would be to walk in the street to get into the front entrance, when I was here a month back It was the same way so that's why we lost a star, upon entrance into the building it completely transformed into a modern eatery, small but very clean, with shared bench seating, you order at the counter and they bring your food to the table, he started with an eight piece, original wings, and eight piece honey, garlic wings, in order of the french fries, and order of their fried wontons and some spicy Ramen, young lady at the corner said it'd be about 25 minutes because of help in the restaurant which I was OK with I was in no rush, the kitchen, food arrived in 10 minutes in waves and again they did not disappoint. The food was phenomenal flavors crazy all over the board! These guys do Ramen and chicken to perfection! if you're in the mood for some GREAT chicken and good spicy Ramen you need to get down here NOW!! I've spoken....

Talking Tacos is, welcoming, and has a fun energy to it. I love the vibrant blacklight aesthetic! It has quickly become one of my favorite taco spots. The food came out fast and was super delicious! Everything tasted fresh, and the portions were generous for the price. The drinks were just as good as I remembered, and the free refills are always a huge plus! It's not always easy for restaurants with multiple locations to stay consistent, but this one definitely delivered. Great food, great atmosphere, and friendly service. I'll definitely be stopping by again whenever I'm in the area.

I love their version of a crunch wrap as well as anything birria that they offer. My only real gripe is that their drink selection is lacking as they don't have traditional soda fountain drinks. It is basically just canned drinks or custom flavored lemonade drinks, which typically cost around $5 each. Also, make sure to bring your wallet as their food in general is $$$ for fast casual. However, the higher quality makes it worth it to me.

Started with the salads and made my way down, then up then down again. Finally made some choices. I had the chicken option which was quite a good price of $20 for so many options. I'll try the steak next time! Salads, bread, potatoes, rice they had everything as a side that you can think of. The dessert was okay, they had a roasted pineapple that's apparently a hit, I didn't care for it. I was a bit overwhelmed with so many options. I don't tend to eat at buffets because feels like I don't get my money's worth since I don't eat much in one sitting. This would be a great option for groups, the prices are reasonable considering all the options they have available, as super fresh!
