He was extraordinarily warm and welcoming, and answered all my questions without making me feel silly for asking them. What I appreciated most was how he didn't pressure me to buy the ring's center stone from them when I told him I had found a wholesale gemstone broker elsewhere, whom I was planning on buying from. Knudson's certainly doesn't have the largest inventory, so if you're looking for that, you will be disappointed. But they have all the staples, and a lovely and ever-changing assortment of estate pieces which is always fun to browse. So if you're looking for a local jeweler who will treat you kindly and fairly, Knudson's is worth checking out!

I've never been told until today that I could not pay with my Wayside card for Wayside furniture in my name to be delivered to my address and I am the account holder. I was also told for a previous transaction I could not use my card for the initial down payment. I've never had this experience anywhere else and I have stellar credit. The other part is that they would allow me to pay with other cards. I'm currently, in the market for new livingroom furniture and with this being the last piece to my bedroom furniture I will never purchase from them again. I swear it's the same old lady that wants to give me a hard time every time I make a purchase. I need to show i'd for every transaction at the counter, can't do this can't do that. She really is not mid tier customer service; but I guess you don't look like her and have more money than her it's a problem. She makes me feel so unwelcome and it's for this reason I will be taking my business to Lazyboy from here on out. This simply is not worth the hassle.
