This location is easy to access with a parking lot right out front. I recommend bringing your project in on a flash drive in a number of formats in case you need to make changes. You can also upload your file in advance if it's really large. If you're working on behalf of an organization, be sure to bring your tax exempt paperwork or ask if they have it on file already. The shining star here is the printing services they offer. The staff there is always friendly & helpful. Jacob was great and his colleagues that did a print job for me were helpful (shoutout Kim & Emerson) Other employees we're constantly cleaning and organizing. They offer all office supplies, computer repair, and printing services. Note if you want labels printed they can only do it on the Avery labels they sell. Just design it online and they'll print on the labels for you. Be sure to check the sizes on labels since they seem to have a standard one. You can make copies, print in color, etc. Free parking and they have a restroom.

Everyone working here seems to be inconvenienced by "all the customers coming in", keep it up, eventually they will stop. As for service, I have dropped off multiple Amazon return packages using there self service station and have had delays or flat out missing returns.....make sure you get a receipt! I'm not sure how they are processed after using the self service station but it's not as accurate as dropping it off with an actual employee.

A real person answered the phone and he was great. He explained the ordering and proof process, typical turn-around time and shipping options. I told him my timeline and he recommended a shipping option. Very polite and helpful (sorry I forgot his name). I finished my order online, received a proof the next day, asked a question, got an answer, they made the buttons and shipped them. I received the buttons with 2 days to spare and they look great! I can't wait to give them to my team! I even received a handwritten thank you card from the owner in the mail. Great service, great product, highly reccommend!

I used Pure Buttons for an organizational event to create keychains. I went through their website…read moreand used their own customization tool to design my order exactly to my specifications. The system gave me a digital proof and allowed me to check out seamlessly. However, when my order arrived, it looked nothing like what I designed. Instead of the customized design I created, I received a keychain with the same single image printed on both sides. I immediately contacted Pure Buttons for a resolution; whether that meant a refund or being able to redo the order correctly (using the same customization tool I used the first time) at no additional charge. They refused. The only "solution" offered was a 50% off gift card; which could only be used at Pure Buttons. This made no sense. Why would a dissatisfied customer want to spend more money with the same company that mishandled the original order? Pure Buttons advertises "excellence" on their website, but they don't deliver on that promise. They also don't take accountability when things go wrong. Instead of making things right, they simply pass the problem back to the customer. Because of this experience, I will not use Pure Buttons again, and I do not recommend them for any customization needs. If you want reliability, accountability, and products that actually match your design, look elsewhere.
