The initial appointment was fine it was an extensive intake of my injury. The next two appointments was pure trash. They schedule two people to work with one PT at the same time. They give you one exercise and tell you to do 3 or 5 sets of 10-25 reps and then walk off to give instruction to another patient before walking off and staring at a computer ( maybe she was looking up what are best exercises to do for said injury)? That should be done before I come in. After 1-3 minutes they come back and say how's that? Then they give you the next set of exercises. You do not get individualize client centered attention. If you have a question it is not really answered. I worked with Cecelia Sireno a physical therapy assistant. I actually felt like she was unsure of what to do and appeared timid. My appointments were supposed to be a hour long. But when you count that it takes 5 to 10 minutes to get checked in and then 1-3minutes between exercises you're actual therapy is only roughly 15 to 25 minutes long. ( yet you are billed for a hour ) I would not recommend this place and will NOT be returning.

I'm not interested in running around trying to get other people to properly do their jobs. I do not want anything to do with people who hang up on their potential patients because they ae rude and incompetent. If you encounter incompetent and rude people in one part of the organization then the rest of the org is just as bad in my experience.
