The food would probably get an 8/10. The service is not great however. It is not that quick and not that friendly. On one occasion the waiter gave a friend visiting from the UK a tough time. He got heckled for ordering a Wonton soup. Then he got heckled for ordering beef in black bean sauce. When the food arrived the waiter said "Hey Englishman, here is your beef in black bean sauce" as he sniggered and laughed in my friends face. This not so "friendly banter" continued in every interaction. It was kind of a strange experience and my friend who had lived in China for 3 months was mildly insulted.
