I met with the incredible owner Matt to discuss my unhappiness with what aging and sun damage had done to my face. I found Nikki from H2T on Facebook. I was thinking about getting botox and I was very nervous. She was able to do a lot of consultation remotely due to COVID-19 and she also got on the phone with me to answer all of my questions. When I went in, they were running a special which I didn't think I could get since I booked ahead of time. She made sure I got the best price and was very transparent about the pricing which I appreciate. Fillers and Botox can seem confusing or expensive but she was very transparent and did not try to upsell me. I wanted a very natural look and she got that. Two weeks later - my results are great and I'm really happy. I look like me but better. She explained some other services I asked about and was generally super nice. Best salon/spa in area! I've been going here for years and have never been disappointed. The waiting area is very comfortable with nice leather couches and plenty of magazines and tea. I've gotten my hair done by a number of the stylists including Kelly, Shannon and Heidi. They are all wonderful! Very pleasant and they make sure that they know exactly what you want. Heidi does an awesome up-do. She came in on her off-day before the salon opened just for me and my maid of honor on my wedding day. The facials are amazing and reasonably priced. I also get my eyebrows done here and they always come out flawless. Head to Toes also does manicures and pedicures. I just love this place! read more

The aesthetic nurse from my salon left to go somewhere else and I was very upset. I didn't think anyone could replace her. A friend referred me to Matt at Head 2 Toes Salon. My first visit was amazing. I was comfortable as soon as I checked in and knew immediately I had found my new aesthetic nurse. My entire experience was exceptional. wow! just wow. i've known bianca for a few years and hadn't seen her in a while. occasionally, i saw posts on her instagram of her doing botox and fillers. i'd wanted botox for a while---probably about a year--but i was really nervous about the outcome. i finally bit the bullet after consulting a friend who'd had it and decided to get it. when i got to H2T, bianca and the sweetest receptionist ever greeted me the moment i walked through the door. inside the salon was warm and cozy, but at the same time, it was very clean and organized. after filling out my paperwork, bianca brought me back to the room where she listened to every word i said. she completely alleviated the fears and unsure-ness that i had about getting botox and she communicated clearly with fabulous bedside manner. she answered all of my questions and left no stone unturned telling me what to expect, what to look out for, the process and results, etc...after the first couple days, i didn't really notice any changes, but it's been about 2 weeks since and my problem areas are gone! totally and completely gone! to say i'm absolutely thrilled with the results would be an understatement. 11/10 read more

This salon never fails to exceed my expectations. I have been seeing Holly since before the salon moved locations, and she always makes you feel comfortable and you at no time will be unhappy with your results. Holly will go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied. On my prom day, I had a bad experience getting my makeup done at a recommended makeup artist before my hair appointment with Holly. When I got there I was still upset because of how my makeup came out but she assured me everything was going to be fine, and it was. I left feeling confident about how my hair came out and thankful I have a stylist who was as passionate about what she does as Holly is. read more

I used to go to Head to Toes when I lived in the area and liked it until I got the hair cut from hell. Yes, I asked for a cute bob and I left looking like a boy. It was with a stylist who I saw for many years (but do not want to mention here). I usually don't complain or cry about hair cuts, but I cried for days. My other cuts were average at best, nothing inventive or new. My mom has gone here for years because she is loyal but for the last year she has hated every hair cut she has gotten from Head to Toes.It is cheaper than some places, but honestly I rather pay 10 dollars more and love my hair cut than 10 dollars less and hate it. I would recommend going to the Day Spa in Mansfield. Yes it is more expensive, but I have never gotten a bad cut there from anyone and I can wait a lot longer for another cut because it grows out nicely. They also give you good ideas and make the cuts look new and modern. My mom finally went to the Day Spa and she will never go back to Head to Toes. It is not terrible, it just isn't great and I believe that one's hair should look the best it can! read more
