We were worried that they would press hard or dig deep but they gave us the perfect pressure & relaxing massage. I would give 5 stars to Tracy & Vicky . The place is 3 stars because of environmental factors & accessories. For example, the blankets were a bit itchy, the lotion could use some relaxing scent (lavender or eucalyptus or something soothing), there's no heated bed which would be soothing to lay on. So I give this place a 4-star for overall experience.

I went in for a more extensive massage because the migraines have become more debilitating. I…read moreshould have gone back in sooner. Nancy is the epitome of professional, and very much treats massage as a dialogue between client and massage therapist. She asks for feedback during the massage to help her know where to focus, is very sensitive and responsive to issues that might affect comfort with massage, and explains what she is doing as she proceeds (in ways that are clearly understandable). I plan to start going in on a regular basis, she is that wonderful. HIGHLY recommended.

Nancy is technically skilled. However, her scheduling/confirmation process is flawed…read more Nancy's skills enable her to work out tight spots in the body. She has a pleasant personality. It's fairly easy to talk with her. On one occasion, Nancy sent me an email confirmation of a next-day appointment. Then, when I showed up at the time in her email, she told me that she'd assumed my appointment was later, so she'd booked an extra-long appointment that extended into my time slot by 20-25 minutes. She offered me two choices: 1) reschedule, which would have meant I'd wasted 40 minutes of car travel, plus arranging my day around the appointment; 2) wait until she completed her full appointment with the person whom she'd booked into my time slot despite her confirmation of my appointment less than 24 hours earlier. I wish she had cut short the mistakenly-booked appointment. However, she did not offer that option. I felt that showed a lack of respect for my time. Nancy did offer a verbal apology and a $10 discount on that day's massage. This kind of scheduling mistake may be unusual for Nancy. I'd had several earlier appointments that proceeded without any problems.

I had a massage here several months ago, and I haven't returned since…read more I called to schedule an appointment and was thankful for some last minute availability! With this place being near my home, it was super convenient as well. The building is a little tricky (and the parking lot is a nightmare) because it's right at a major intersection. However the interior was cute and calming. As far as the actual room where I got my massage... it was a little run-down, there was light pouring in the semi-open shades throughout which was disappointing. Not to mention the discomfort of getting undressed with the shades partially open, in a first floor room. I prefer dark rooms during a massage. About two minutes into the massage, she had to pause to change her music selections which took some time... then about four minutes after restarting, I had to ask her to stop because her fingernails were so sharp she was scratching my neck and throat. She had to go file the edges so they weren't painful. AND I had to continually ask her to lighten the pressure after explaining that I prefer medium to LIGHT pressure at the start. Disappointing... I'll definitely stick with my favorite spots going forward!!
