Went to Roy's as usual (we're loyal because they are quick, friendly and effective) and went through the tunnel. When I pulled up the lane where they wipe it down and clean the inside, I saw Manager, Elvis and asked him if there was any way to get the thick black grease our of the mats and carpet. He took and look and simply said, "I've got you, I think I can get this out." Just a few minutes later, he had it clean! Wow! THIS is why we go back with two cars in our household - excellence! I saw an earlier post that said they were expensive but worth it. I think that they are competitively priced and have to say that they are next level! Thanks Elvis! See you soon! Tim L.

Being…read morecareless and not paying much attention, I took my air pod out of my ear and placed in my center console. I began to vacuum and did just the thing I didn't want to do. I sucked it up in there and in a matter of seconds, it was gone!! I thought that it was a loss, but decided to mention it anyway. The young man who helped me dry my car was still an ear shot away, so I asked him if there was anyway of retrieving it. His name is Mark, and he was very friendly and helpful. He let me know that they were closing soon, and fortunately for me it has just been cleaned out. He said they couldn't do anything until the end of the night but would check at that point. He looped in the manager/owner, who allowed me to give my number to the young man. Would you believe it?! An hour later, he called and told me that he had it. It would be in the office and that I could come grab it at my leisure. I did the next day, and thanked both of them repeatedly. I could've easily replaced the air pod, but the level of extraordinary customer service I received is unmatched. I was a retail store manager for most of my career, and understand how often complaints flow but how little acts of kindness and a job well done are applauded and mentioned. This is why I'm a member at this car wash and why I will continue to patronize this establishment. Keep up the good work! Thank you.

The staff member that brushes the rear of the vehicles prior to entering hit my rear camera so hard it broke and by time I got into the wash it was dangling all around getting beat by the brushes! At this point if I could give zero stars, I would.

As a part of the work they also did the brake calipers and did an off-wheel coating the wheels also. A task you often have to ask to be done and then have to pay extra for. Not here, it was part of what they do. But that is not the real reason I'm writing this review. My wife brought me to the shop in her Lexus which is a 2011 Lexus (almost 10 year old car) with just under 200,000 miles on it. While we did take good care of it, nonetheless it clearly showed its age, especially on the leather seats which were dirty and had some scratches on them. Upon seeing the before/after pictures on Total Recon's web site, I asked if they could fix this car up, not really knowing what I was asking for. They said "yes" and I took this car in for a total reconditioning. I, and everyone I have shown the car to afterwards are totally amazed. It truly looks like it came right off the show room floor like when we bought it.

I dealt with William the owner as soon as I walked through the door. He was as polite and professional as you can be. He never tried to upsell me. There is a true difference in the films being offered. Be mindful that you get what you pay for. I chose the Top Tier film for our car. I also chose to have them hand wash and wax the car. That was the best part. We thought we were doing a decent job keeping the paint looking good until we saw the final product. I am totally satisfied and impressed with their work. Look, if you think a business can tint your entire car for $250 don't go here. Go to Autozone, by the film and then drive to the ghetto to the Liquor store and ask the cashier which one of his "regulars" works on cars. If you want a qualified professional who has decades of experience and employees to help do it RIGHT then go here. The Tint has a Lifetime Warranty so you can buy with confidence. I hope this helps.
