    To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing to formally document and escalate a series of unprofessional interactions that occurred on February 12, 2026. At approximately 8:44 AM, I called to update my payment information. A male employee identified as Raynor (M) answered the phone in what I would describe as an annoyed and extremely tired tone. I asked, "Are you awake? You sound extremely tired." He responded, "Well, it is early." I replied that it was almost 9 AM and chuckled lightly. He then stated, "What do you want?" At that point, I told him I would prefer to speak to a professional and would instead stop by the office. Between 11:00-11:10 AM, I went to the office and asked to speak to a manager. I was assisted by two individuals, Alanis D and another employee (Ambya/Ambrya -- I am unsure of the correct spelling). The individual presented as the manager remained silent during the interaction. I asked whether a male employee had been working the phones earlier that morning and was immediately asked why. When I attempted to explain the phone interaction, I was interrupted and called "racist" and "rude" and told to leave. I attempted again to clarify my concern and was again labeled the same, in a louder tone, without being allowed to explain myself. For clarity, I have never met nor seen the individual who answered the phone that morning. My concern was strictly about professionalism and tone during a business call. I requested the name or contact information for higher management and was not provided any information. At approximately 1:00 PM, I contacted Joshua M via chat, explained the situation in detail, and was told someone would follow up with me. As of this writing, I have not been contacted. I am requesting: 1. A formal review of the phone interaction and in-office interaction. 2. An explanation as to why I was labeled and dismissed without being allowed to speak. 3. Contact information for appropriate upper management. 4. Confirmation of what corrective action, if any, will be taken. I have been a paying customer and expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. I would appreciate a prompt response to this matter. Sincerely, James Sloat

    I went to the car wash to see what services they offered and the cost. The next day I called to see…read morehow long it would take and to see if I needed an appointment. I was told that I could get their non member express detail and that would take about 45 min. to complete. I wanted the top tier which is $85.00. The following day I arrived only to be told by the woman attendant that they did not have a $85.00 car wash offer. I explained everything that I went through to no avail. I went through the car wash and spoke to a manager. He apologized and went to speak to the young lady and disappeared. I finished the job outside on my own. Pure They lost a customer for the future.

    I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this car wash. I drove in with a…read moreperfectly fine vehicle, my passenger-side mirror was completely intact with no damage or issues at all. After going through the wash, I pulled out and discovered that the entire passenger-side mirror cap and the base of the mirror had been completely ripped off. I immediately reported the damage and they said they would review their cameras. After reviewing the footage, they admitted they could see the car wash equipment pull the mirror cover off during the wash. However, they claimed they had "no proof" that the mirror wasn't already broken before I entered. This makes absolutely no sense, especially since the footage clearly shows my mirror intact and not broken when I first drove into the car wash. To make matters worse, the customer service was absolutely horrible. When I asked to speak with someone above the manager, they gave me a phone number and told me to call the next day. I waited an entire day for a callback from a representative who ultimately couldn't help me at all. Then about two hours later, the general manager, Mike, called and told me there was nothing they could do and nothing they were willing to do to make the situation right. For context, the vehicle I drive is a Tesla. I contacted Tesla service for an estimate to repair the damage, and the cost was close to $1,100 to fix the mirror assembly that was damaged in their wash. Despite this, the company did not offer to help with the repair, provide any compensation, offer discounted washes, or make any effort whatsoever to resolve the situation. This car wash is also extremely aggressive and rough. Every time I've gone through it, the equipment bends my front license plate cover and I have to bend it back afterward. When i shared that had also happened with Mike, he said to get a stronger cover, mind you, I did have a cover but it was ripped off the first time I went through the wash. Shame on me for continuing to go through, thinking nothing worse would happen to another part of my car. Unfortunately, this time it did. Instead of taking responsibility, they handed me an incident report stating they did nothing wrong, claimed they were not liable, and told me to file a claim with my own insurance company. Be aware that if you go through this car wash and their equipment damages your vehicle, they will not take responsibility for it. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this car wash and all other Canton Car Wash locations!
