I saw the worker spraying the grill but did not see what he sprayed the vehicle with. My car is only 4 months old and they destroyed the grill costing me over 1,000 in damages. The owner who's name is Kevin originally came out and looked at the vehicle and said, "I will pay for the damages if you can take it to the dealership and make sure that it is not a coolant leak" which we did and when the dealership verified that "it was not caused my a leak at all"! (which I knew because underneath the hood was clean as a whistle) He reneged and did not honor or take responsibility for the damages done by his workers! He tried to lie and say, that they damage was already there because the workers took pictures after the work but the pictures does show it slightly and whatever was sprayed got worse and spread all over the grill! This was not a picture before and it does show the damage but not as prevalent until it spread. He denied and went back on his word when I had proof from the dealer. So I am going to sue. This is guy is a liar and does not honor his work! I warn everyone not to use this company. I have a great detailer but used this detailer in a pinch and and I learned from it! Don't use this company I warn you! It cost me plenty.

Kevin was quick, and communicative and the results were fantastic. I could not tell there had ever been a dent there in the first place. I highly recommend for the service itself. Why two stars then? Kevin's lack of professionalism. He clearly doesn't understand the technology he signed himself up for. The day I picked up the vehicle he sent me an invoice via Stripe/Invoice2Go. He didn't realize the company takes a cut from your payment and attempted to blame me for a $525 invoice only resulting in a $508 payout. That's Stripe's fault, not mine. But I still offered the difference via PayPal out of courtesy and because the service was so good. Then SIX DAYS LATER, Kevin leaves me a threatening voicemail accusing me of not paying for the service and demanding to know when he'd get his money. I immediately sent him the receipt of payment provided to me by Stripe/Invoice2go and even took the additional step of sending him the website link from Invoice2go where they explain that all credit/debit transactions are subject to a 7-10 day hold. He could have found this out himself if he had take even an ounce of initiative but opted to call threatening me instead. I can't imagine why... or whether other paid clients who don't look like me have had the same experience. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I recommend this service only if you pay cash to save yourself the headache of being threatened in a voicemail nearly a week later.
